We loved this place. We felt like in a great hotel with a family touch. The rooms were great and the owner is very nice. Breakfast was a great place to meet the other gests and talk with the owner. We really felt at home with a great room as well.

We visited Genova for business and stayed in Quatropiano, first week of December 2014. If you dont mind the 4 floors without elevator, then its the best place to stay. Emi, the hostess, was really nice and helpful, for everything we need. Warm place like home, with a homemade breakfast as well. We will definitely choose it again.

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful B&B. Emi is a wonderful hostess and her tips for restaurants were spot on. The breakfast is lovely, the suite we had was spacious, and very comfortable, the fridge with complimentary water and soft drinks very welcome after a day out exploring. The stairs were perhaps a good thing to counteract the wonderful,... More

We booked a last minute trip to Genoa and we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this B&B! The room was perfect - clean - nice decoration and so on! The location was good to discover the city. And wow - what a breakfast - we even got the cheese we mentioned missing on first day! We enjoyed the... More

We stayed for two nights while exploring the old town of Genova. It is a very modern apartment on the top floor of a 1500 year old palace. Our room was large and comfortable, with a large new ensuite. Emi was a wonderful host who was very helpful with our orientation though she did not understand much English, she spoke... More

The location was great, the city even greater. The owner of the B&B was helpful, and gave us restaurant and travel tips. She even sent me a nice text the day before to arrange our arrival. The room was great and bed comfy, though I felt the whole package was slightly overpriced for a B&B. Breakfast was great and plenty... More

I am an italian guest but I want to write this review in English in order to warn foreigner tourists. This b&b is pretty and the location is fascinating for who loves the old city-centers. Moreover, it's in the heart of true Genoa and very close to the Porto Antico, Acquario etc... But I think that Quarto Piano is too... More

Excellent small B and B located on the fourth floor of a XVIII Century palace. Rooms large, very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Emi who runs it is very helpful and gives good advice about nearby restaurants. Because it is on the fourth floor with no lift it is not suitable for anyone with restricted... More

The location is perfect: just a few streets away from the port in a tangle of little alleys – sharing its tiny piazza with Palazzo Spinola, one of the city's most beautiful palaces. Very obvious prostitutes even in broad daylight, but the atmosphere is completely unthreatening. The B&B is a super modern apartment at the top of four flights of... More

Excellent location for visiting all areas of the city. The b&b has been renovated to a very high standard. The rooms are lovely, and clean and modern. The breakfasts as sumptuous and Emi who runs it is absolutely delightful. Not one for the unfit as it's up 4 flights of stairs, but it's a real hidden gem.
