I booked accomodation for 3 nights and received a confirmation email. A month before the trip I received a cancellation email with no explanation. Subsequent emails requesting an explanation sent to the business were ignored. These people are unreliable.

The owner speaks better english than the average italian shop owner, and he was kind and happy to help us. The room was ok for one night, but the bathroom was not. It had mold and the shower was not what you call clean.

We stayed for 5 days in an exellent location in comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were polite and when we asked for something they were always available. It was a good holiday in Riomaggiore but too short ....cyao Marcos

...courtesy and customer-oriented are the first feeling of this Bed & Breakfast. This is a place full of happiness locating in one of the most charming and symbolic corners of the Cinque Terre. I would recommend to all of you for any short stay or long vacation. Hello hello

Eileen USA Confortable and clean rooms at la Casa di Venere. Friendly and efficient staff always available to give infos about Le Cinque Terre and the best way to visit the nice little villages. And the walks with fab vista points from the hilltops or along the coast line. A place where you would like to return and recommend.

I spent 3 days in this place. It was a wonderful holiday. My room was very pleasant and clean. Thanks to the owner Roberto who gave me precious informations about this beautiful land. I recommend it to all of the tourists. John79

We booked this under the impression it was a hotel with wifi available and with AC. There was AC but no way if turning it on. There was no wifi and the room was very cramped and hot. When we left the windows open to try and get the cooler air it was so noisy as the walkway was right... More

Finally got to this place after finding that its address lead us to a empty shop front on the main street. When you get there its exactly what you would expect from a hostel, simple, clean, well priced but with a surprisingly large room - we stayed in a private room sleeping three with its own bathroom. The bathroom was... More

We used this little place tucked away in Riomaggiore's tiny streets as a stopover as we were due to get the train back to Pisa and fly home the next day. It was pretty standard and pretty basic, probably on the lower end of what you would expect to stay in for comfort. The room was nice and big -... More

Christina, the check in girl was helpful and friendly. My single room was small but adequate and clean, with outside bathroom. Prices are high in C.T. and this was the best value option for me as a solo traveller. The location is good, just through Tunnel 'd'amore' from the station and a short distance at left from Via San Antonio.... More
