We are just back from a 5 nights stay in Riomaggiore and we had an absolutely fantastic time. This b&b helped a bit since it was very clean and apparently newly decorated. It really isn't a b&b as there is no included breakfast. We booked quite late and this was one of the few places that still had rooms left... more

There is almost no correlation between this property in reality and as represented in their photos. Our room looked nothing like the photos: dingy, dark and in ill-repair...outlets hanging out of the wall, door on the rather strange shower falling off. As for the surroundings, you are in an alley so narrow you can touch the buildings on both sides.... more

When you get to Riomaggiore, you don't go to the hotel, you go to their office, which is on via Colombo, where they will great you (and hopefully have you're room...not us.. they lost our reservation, but gave us a better room, which was nice). Fabulous place to stay, recently redecorated , a very comfortable place to stay. Our room was more spacious than many we stayed in in Italy. Lots of stairs and steep roads to climb up, along with everywhere else in Riomaggiore, this is what Riomaggiore is. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer, perhaps on the next... more
