Il Borgo di Campi was my favorite place to spend a few nights in Italy. For an incredibly reasonable price, my self-sufficient apartment was adorable and well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious! I also had amazing shrimp for dinner one night - WOW! I would go back tomorrow if I could!

Beautifully located, with rooms reminiscent of the kind of Greek apartments I stayed in as a cash-strapped youth (but with prices to match the best hotels in the area) this was a strange trip. I found the views to be terrific, the room was OK, and the staff were appalling. We were treated rudely from arrival to the day before... More

We enjoyed the stay very much. Magnificent view on the sea from the terrace, nice garden and a clean and neat apartment. Small but all you need is there. Nice restaurant and excellent capuccino at the bar next door. From the hotel you can either take a walk (1½ hour) to Riomaggiore or take the shuttle bus (10 min). Good... More

It doesn't get any better than this. Il Borgo di Campi is a great place to stay in Cinque Terre. The views are gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful, you get free parking and the rooms have kitchenettes. The rooms have a kitchen including 2 burners and dishes to use. Yes, there are many stairs to walk up and... More

Il Borgo Di Campi offers a beautiful view but the customer service is severely lacking. Upon arrival, the front desk lady checked us in while talking on the phone with her husband. She merely pointed down the hill to indicate our room. Because she was busy talking to her husband, she forgot to hand back our Passports and provide us... More

Dear Lady, it is useless to write the second time, what your roommate has already written three days ago. We understood that you did not like our resort. Please, we suggest you once again to read better the informations before booking, in order to avoid dissatisfaction, which inevitably leads to a bad review. Best regards More

(We were husband, wife and our two daughters, aged 15yrs and 20yrs) The hotel is perched on terraced, beautifully maintained gardens. Lavender bushes, little patches of vineyard and gorgeous summer flowers are just bursting from every corner. The walk down to our cottage 'Iris' was long and it was a bit of a problem lugging bags down, so huge advice,... More

I've read through some of the other reviews and some of the comments are laughable: complaining of mosquitoes when you're outside...really? Sometimes I wonder about people. Anyways, I stayed here for two nights with my husband and 2 friends. We're all from Michigan and here you can rent cottages "up north" in the summer. The accommodations at Il Borgo do... More

I really enjoyed visiting Riomaggiore but ll Borgo di Campi made my experience less pleasant. I arrived by train to Riomaggiore and realized that the B&B is an hour walk from the city center. Keep in mind; walking would require you to carry your luggage up many steep hills. Therefore, we waited for a local bus that runs on a... More

Dear madame, we are glad you choose our resort for your first review ! We are 4 km from Riomaggiore, and this is clearly written in every website. Surely this place is not the best choise for people that want to stay in Cinqueterre for only 1 night. Our guests usually spend here their holydays because of the peace, the... More

After a long debate where to stay in Cinque Terre, we decided on Il Borgo di Campi. We were not disappointed. Yes the views are ridiculous! The sunsets highlight this even more! The accommodation is homely, but not a hotel if you're looking for that. It is situated about 4km outside of Riomaggiore, about a 10 min bus trip. The... More

Lovely place with the best possible views. Specially peaceful place, with the sound of nature and sea. Views are amazing. Food was so good. And the situation of the hotel is correct. You don't have problems to park, and is easy to find.
