Views - 5 Star. Absolutely stunning. You can watch the sunset along the cinque terre hills. Rooms - 3 stars. Nothing special, rather old and very tiring to get to! Lots of stairs. Average price for money.

The views are gorgeous! We live in NYC and stayed here for three days before heading out to Tuscany. The Cinque Terre area can get pretty touristy/crowded and I loved that this place was a little bit off the beaten path. We were able to park our car in the parking area and bring our luggage to our little bungalow... More

Let's try to sort out the various mixed reviews. First off everyone agrees the view from these apartments is absolutely amazing and not just a little view out a corner window - a full 180 degree view!!! Now for the rest, Yes, there are about 150 steps down to your apartment from the restaurant/ reception up by the road. These... More

This place is a few miles form the actual towns of Cinque Terre which TRUST me... is NICE! While the villages are awesome to see during the day they are REALLY busy and it was nice to have a sanctuary to come back to at night. You can park for free at this place and there is a bus that... More

The appartments are on the mountain, and you need to go downstairs quite some. The one we got called Arnica (all the appartments have flower names) was the far away one, The apparment was ok, no microwave. We only stayed for one night, and it was enough It was also very humid and the heating didnt work, so is was... More

I have mixed feelings about Il Borgo di Campi...mainly because of our particular room so maybe we were unlucky in that respect...first impressions on the way down to the room was how stunning the views are due to it's clifftop location and lovely terraced gardens filled with herbs, flowers and vines... many of the rooms are down at least 200 steep... The first thing to mention when discussing this hotel is the stairs. If you are young and strong, it should be no real problem, but not everyone is young and strong. Our room was at the very bottom, about 250 stairs down, and the stairs are very steep. They do not help you carry your luggage down. They have a... More

We arrived at dusk and had to try and find our own room with our luggage in tow... signage not good enough. For the price and the beauty of the views, the owners should step it up to walk people to their rooms and help with luggage at all times - they have a luggage elevator that should be used... More

We met friends there and they brought their 80 & 84 year old parents. Luckily they had a room available for them with the least amount of stairs. This is not a place for people that are out of shape or disabled! Our room was over 100 stairs down, not well lit at night, no hand rails at certain points... More

This place is a total dump! The small cave in the side of a mountain that we given for our room was absolutely filthy! The bathroom was an experience I would never want to repeat again, the floors, walls and shower were disgusting and the rest of it was no cleaner but at least you could keep your shoes on.... More
