“Starfish Riomaggiore”

The location is good but can be noisy when the train passes by. The address is not the same as listed above. The payment is received in cash only at a nearby store. This is not communicated on booking.com The towels were replaced only on the last night of our 4-night stay and we run out of toilet paper. We weren't informed where to leave the key upon departure. There is a kitchenette on a different level but it's not heated and it's accessible by a very steep staircase. There is a large terrace with a sea view, adjacent to the kitchenette but not very useful when it's cold. The room has a random collection of furniture and a very noisy refrigerator. More

Good evening, thanks a lot for your review. I'm really sad to see that you did not enjoyed totally your stay, but i want to write something about your complaints. Payment: the day of your arrival there was a problem with the mobile network (Vodafone IT) due to rain in Riomaggiore, so my POS was KO for a few hours.... More

We had a fabulous stay in Riomaggiore over the Easter weekend. The staff were very helpful (very prompt email responses) and very friendly. While Riomaggiore is tourist filled during the day, in the evenings it quiet and the apartment was the perfect place to rest weary legs after a long walk. The apartment is close to the station (no long uphill walk) and bars, cafes and restaurants abound. Would definitely recommend Starfish Holidays! More
