The apartment we rented was amazing with a balcony right on the water. It was clean, air conditioned, wifi, kitchen was fully equipped. There was limoncello waiting for us and they brought us homemade cannolis. This place was wonderful. I will definitely come back and stay in this same location. It is close to the train and diving place. The... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights when visiting Cinque Terre. The apartment was beautiful. Spacious for the 2 of us with breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony. We were even lucky enough to received baked treats from the host, Palo. We often sat on the balcony and ate meals we'd made ourselves in the kitchen.... More

My husband stumbled upon this gem when we were planning our honeymoon. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and while we couldn't directly see the sunset, the view of the sky and cliffs was incredible. After a hot day of traveling we appreciated the air conditioning and ability to keep cold beverages and produce in the refrigerator. The owner... More

The location is fabulous. From the Train station it's approx. 10 minutes walk - the steps down to the harbour and then back up to the apartment are a challenge with suitcases (pack light if possible, CT attire is very casual; shorts and T-shirts) but you will appreciate your efforts once you get to see the view from the apartment!... We stayed in the apartment Cargavu for 2 nights (Not the one shown in the picture above.) It was heavenly. It was the perfect place for us. In my opinion there is no better place to stay. I spent many hours on the terrace in our 2 days with my camera in my hand. The location is lovely! Be advised... More

This is by far the best location in all of Cinque Terre! My boyfriend and I kind of stumbled across the listing online and hoped that it would be a good place to stay while we ventured through all of the 5 towns but what we got absolutely exceeded our expectation! We couldn't have been happier with our choice! It... More

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at La Scogliera for part of our honeymoon. The apartment has a stunning view of the cove and cliffs, yet is nice and quiet, and private. It is well-equipped — we stayed in a couple of nights and cooked pasta with the famous Ligurian pesto with some beautiful local wine, and... More

We stayed in the room, as mentioned before its a standard room to stay in, but it's the extras that make it so special The room itself has a bed, little table and chairs to eat at, bathroom with shower and has a coffee machine, little fridge and a safe, plus plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, bottle opener etc, and wifi.... Despite the steep and uneven stairs and lots of stairs from the railway station, La Scogliera was an amazing place to stay. It had the largest balcony we saw in Riomaggiore and the view was awesome. As stated in other reviews, we were greeted with a bottle of limoncello and when we came back one night there were delicious freshly... More

I counted the steps several times from the marina - there are 56 irregular in height, most have a railing. You can also come down from the top, we did so after learning the routes, that has the advantage of offering an elevator from/to the station(.80E). Anyway, I agree with all other gushing reviews - we arrived and left the... More
