First off, you have to know what you are getting into when you decide to visit Cinque Terre. All terrain is steep and most hotels are not accessible easily. This review has nothing to do with that. Location: The location is at the highest point in Riomaggiore. Good for views, hard to get to when you have luggage. Room: The... More

We stayed in the yellow room, which was on the ground floor, from September 13 - 18th. As others have said, this Bed & Breakfast is all the way up the steep hill, but we preferred the quietness away from the boisterous nightlife. We were fortunate enough to get the shuttle bus immediately upon leaving the tunnel from the train.... More

How cute is this place. Situated right at the top of the hill personally I loved the location (despite the hike) because we were surrounded by beautiful trees and next to a little stream of water. The hostess gave us clear directions on how to reach the b&b and it was easy to find. Once you are out of the... More

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hostess was a very lovely person who really wanted to help and she gave us some good recommendations for restaurants, hiking paths etc. The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us, although the TV was pretty small. The bathroom was big and the aircon... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. We really liked the staff, Francesca is really nice and helpful, she gave us many tips and she was really warm and polite. The hotel was very cozy and clean, full of colors !! We strongly recommend it. If it can be considered as a disadvantage, the location was a bit far... More

We stayed for two nights and lucked out on a room that shared a balcony overlooking the entire village straight out to the sea. When we caught the little green bus at the bottom of the steep main street and asked to be dropped off at L'Arcobaleno, the bus driver said "Ah, Francesca is at the back of the bus... More

My wife and college age daugher stayed for one night here. Francesca was great--as was the rest of the family. It is at the top of the main road in Riomaggiore--about a 10 minute walk up from the water. My family didn't mind the walk since it takes you all the way through the town and you get to see... More

We chose this place that we could park our bikes and that worked well. We were welcomed friendly. Romms are clean, have a coffee machine that we enjoyed. It is not a romantic place, but was suitable for us. The pre travel communication and information from the owners were good too.

What makes this place is the lovely Francesca and her family and gorgeous dog. Unfortunately we had some of the worst nights sleep due to the rock hard bed and flint-like pillows. We asked but there were no softer. The breakfasts were just packeted pastries and some singularly wrapped cheeses that you take in your room. But what was most... More

Nice place, excellent friendly staff. The rooms are clean and good maintained. Nice balcony outside our room. Nice to relaxe with morning breakfast and quiet evenings. Reccomendable - in our mind value for money euro 100 per night including light breakfast in room, and non alcoholic drinks in the minibar.
