Just completing 6 nights accommodation at this excellent B&B. After walking the Cinque Terre and the small towns for 5 days, we quickly reach the conclusion, we had chosen excellent accommodation. When thinking the Cinque Terre, think steps and lots of them. Whilst this accommodation has a few steps to negotiates, its ideally located within the heart of Riomaggiore. Our... More

Loved our trip to the 5Terre-only wished we would have stayed longer. Manarola ended up being my favorite town, and I would love to stay there on our next trip. The balcony room was clean and well appointed. The fresh baked croissants in the morning were a nice touch. The hostess is great-available if you need her, invisible if you... More

We stayed in the blue room and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. The room comes with a closet, fridge, little dining table, balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, espresso machine, etc. The bathroom comes with a sizable shower and plenty of towels. The balcony provides a nice view of the main street of Riomaggiore. Every morning fresh... More

We booked here last minute, and were grateful that we could even get a place. Turns out, that this was a fantastic find! Although uphill from the train station, it wasn't that far at all, and the directions sent by the owner of the B&B couldn't have been better! Our host was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and gave us great... More

We were thoroughly welcomed to this immaculate and modern B&B by our wonderful host who has a great sense of humour and a keen eye for detail. We appreciated so much being provided with lots of information and tips about what to do in Cinque Terre. As well, we were pleasantly surprised by numerous thoughtful details including freshly baked croissants... More

Il Boma is like a scene out of a movie. The rooms are super clean and spacious and located in the heart of Riomaggiore. That allows easy access to the train, water taxi harbor, and hiking trails. The markets, restaurants ,and a laundramat are an easy walk away (but hang the wet cloths on the line outside your window----you'll feel... More

Il Boma is perfectly situated on the main street of Riomaggiore. Close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. This, combined with a very friendly and helpful host made our stay just perfect. I wold recommend Il Boma to everyone going to Cinque Terre !

A great place to stay in Cinque Terre (In Riomaggiore, the first village on the train from La Spezia). Very easy and quick to get to the other villages using the train. Very cleanly, and couldn't ask for a more friendly host. Very accommodating.

Il Boma is a jewel of the Cinque Terre area. Located on the main street of Riomaggiore, it allows easy access to the ocean, hiking trails, and exploration of narrow streets and winding stairs. The owners anticipate your needs, and even give you the chance to hang your clothes to dry "Italian style" - right outside your window. Breakfast in... More
