This hotel is one of those rare finds that travelers sometimes are lucky enough to come across. The rooms are spotless, airy, and comfortable as are the baths. The common areas of this hotel are welcoming and the grounds, bar and pool area are a real plus. But the staff is the real gem here. From the owner right through... More

We spent our honeymoon at Vila Adrianna which was a short walk to the beach and the best town to stay in out of the cinque terre. Fun places to walk around, beautiful beach, and easily accessible to the train to the other towns in the cinque terre. The breakfast was lovely and we felt like we were sitting in... More

My husband and I (age 25 and 26) stayed two nights here in June 2014. We wish we could have stayed longer and definitely want to visit again. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful from getting us access to all the needed amenities and calling to set up our dinner reservations at a local restaurant. The breakfast offering was... More

Reading about in the middle of a town near a railway I was a little apprehensive, especially after the previous hotel! However, we drove down a steep road to a little beach resort one early evening having booked on booking.com deal half an hour earlier. Finding our destination up a little side road 150 yards from the beach we were... More

I stayed two nights here in early July 2014 and enjoyed the weather and location. Monterosso is busy and full of beachgoers. I ventured to Vernazza for meals and more intimate ambience. The hotel is fairly close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff was incredibly friendly, spoke minimal but capable English, and... More

The hotel is cute and rooms are clean. This is more of a budget hotel, but great for a couple of days. Simonetta at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have the best experience with one of the others though. Overall, ok experience.

This hotel is located on a large lot with lots of trees and vegetation making everything calm and peaceful. It was a paradise among the trees. The location is great, just a few blocks from the main pedestrian road and very easy to get to from the train station. Staff were nice and helpful. The food was superb! Breakfast had... More

The hotel staff express mailed our rail pass and train ticket to our next destination after we accidentally left it in our room after checking out. On the day of a train strike we had hastily departed the hotel in hopes of getting a train during commuter hours (we did get a train, but half way to Milan discovered we'd... More

The breakfast was the best I had in Europe at all the hotels I stayed at. Fresh bread that you cut yourself, the tomatoes are amazing. Lots of choices. Always room to sit inside out outside. I had great views of mountains and a balcony where I could see the ocean. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Could... More

We stayed three nights in lovely Hotel Villa Adriana in the north end of Cinque Terre. Absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and clean with lovely patios and a very nice pool. The staff of twenty (17 women and three men) could not have been better. Everyone was helpful and good spirited. The breakfast was fantastic and dinner at the... More
