What a lovely hotel. The character is fantastic. The ironwork and mirrors and coloured sinks really delightful. Staff really helpful with local restaurant tips and trips. Would recommend cantina cinque terre winery in Groppo a short bus from Manorola. Expensive but worth every penny. Very clean and good brekkie. 2nd trip to the region and will be back for a... More

It is interesting to read some of the negative reviews for this hotel as our experience was very good. Make sure your book and request a room facing the ocean and on as high a level as possible. We were on the second level and could just see over the trees to the ocean. There is a road in front... More

Tried to book on line, booking system refused our credit card. Emailed constantly, they refused to hold a booking and allow us to fax our credit card. Phoned several times to try organize this booking. The reception staff refused to speak to me and demanded that I don't call them.

This property had a lovely host who was very gracious and accommodating. The property was very nice and we had a balcony overlooking the walkway, with an ocean view. This was our favorite place that we stayed on our 10 day Italian vacation. It was conveniently located and I could not think of one thing that was lacking. The views... More

We were very disappointed in this hotel and felt pushed into a crappy room. It was next to the back door and overlooks the parking lot and is very noisy the bed felt like plywood and the pillows felt like concrete and the bathroom was a tiny and gross. We asked for a different room and the front desk guy... More

Dear Madam Thank you for your time to write a review about your experience with us. Please note that room n. 1 is assigned only to people who booked an economy room that is clearly described on the different websites we sold our rooms. It's described as a small room on the ground floor nearby the elevator and not suitable... More

I stayed at Villa Degli in September while traveling with 2 friends thru Italy. On my reservation I specified that there would be three of us sharing one room and unfortunately were very disappointed when we opened our door. The room even with 2 people sharing would have been small, but when they placed a cot in the room it... More

After visiting the other villages of Cinque Terre, this was commercial and touristy, and not a good move. It was a last-minute booking, so we took the recommendation and stayed in this hotel. It's clean and well-located, with (paid) parking very close, and on the promenade. This is good and bad. Our room faced the front, opposite a football field,... More

This hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the train station. It is roomy, with a wonderfully modern hydro shower!! It had a marvelous view of the ocean and was quiet in the evenings. This hotel was located in New Town, just a few minutes from Old Town. Enriquio, a member of the hotel staff, was very helpful... More

We stayed for 5 days as a family at Villa Degli in early August 2014. We were travelling with our 4 adult children abnd their partners from Australia to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday. We had booked the junior suite, 2 rooms with balconies and 2 deluxe rooms. We were delighted to all be given rooms with balconies! Whilst reasonably... More

This was a terribly run hotel. We arrived and our room smelled strongly of cleaning product, so much so that I got a headache. Shortly after we realized our air conditioner was not working properly. We called the hotel manager and asked him to come up and check it. He realized it wasn't working and told us that a maintenance... More
