We stayed here as part of our Cinque Terre walking tour with Hidden Italy. This is a large multistorey hotel on the edge of the new part of Monterosso near where the Sientiero Blue from Levanto comes out. The room we got given - 105 was on the first floor - was very clean and a comfortable size with a largish... More

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel 5 Terre and I can't say it was great but it also wasn't awful. The hotel feels old in every way - the rooms are small, the furnishings look used/worn, and the decor is really outdated. Our room was clean and hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is no wi-fi available... More

Tried to put 3 of us girls into one room when we had separate bookings. Was given a room, when we found he room, had to wait for it to be cleaned (at 3pm), fan in the room was not working , so we asked for a different room. Was shouted at, told to xxxx off, get out of the... More

We were part of a group of 22. Room was adequate, nothing fancy. The hotel let us use a lounge area for our own pot-luck party, food and drinks, of our own. Breakfasts were average or better than the other hotels provided on our trip. An enjoyable place, one block off the main street/beach.

Stayed at Hotel Cinqueterre, for 3 nights. Very pretty cute hotel with lots of flowers and also cats, I am a cat lover, so was quite happy. We walked from the train station, 5 mins walk, room quite nice we had a family room with 4 people, bathroom adequate with lots of towels provided everyday, not a lot of space,... More

While, in my opinion, this is an adequate hotel, the reviews of never ending hot water, fabulous breakfast and WiFi that reached the patio, were not my experience. I had a toilet that my knees knocked the shower door every time we used it. the windows were left open with the light on for the first night we arrived so... More

My friend and I recently spent 4 nights in this hotel in a quiet part of the new town. The hotel has a lovely patio with umbrellas and we enjoyed sitting out there since the WiFi extended that far. No WiFi in our room. We had a twin room which was rather small for the two of us, and thank... More

Lovely hotel close to the sea, very clean with all the amenities. Wi-Fi and a Pc in the lobby. Every room is small but well-appointed with a complete ensuite, including an all-you-can-use hot shower. breakfast was included in the room price and had plenty of well-thought out items for almost any taste, great coffees. I Would recommend this hotel to... More

Old world charm environment, greeted in Italian but managed to work it out. Enjoyed our stay, lots of outside areas that you could sit outside with friends and enjoy a wine. Breakfast was adequate on a lovely dinner set. Our room was quiet and the fan on the roof was enough to keep us cool. The only challenge was in... More
