We absolutely loved this b&b! Nicoletta is such an amazing woman to work with and was so accommodating when our travel plans changed very last minute. She made sure we still had a taxi to pick us up at the train station and was able to make us dinner reservations at a great local restaurant (La Tortuga) The room is... More

Charming place with service that is out of this world..Nicoletta and her staff are incredible! Incredibly gracious and made certain that you were taken care of. The place is 4th generation in the family so she is exceptionally proud to open he doors to visitors. The terrace is a must after a long day at all the area sites. Room... More

The hostess, Nicoletta, was super sweet and made our stay very enjoyable. She picked us up from the train station and prepared welcome snacks and champagne for us. The breakfast was amazing and we loved eating it on the beautiful terrace. The only downside was that our room & bathroom was a bit small, but we got to see the... More

We stayed with Nicoletta for several days in March and it was delightful. The property is well-located and charming, especially the terrace. On a Sunday afternoon, Nicoletta met us at the train station with a taxi and escorted us to her inn. She then greeted us on her beautiful terrace with a bottle of chilled prosecco and warm appetizers. She... More

We loved this charming B & B and we loved our hostess, Nicoletta even more. Everything here was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived until we (sadly) left. She makes all of her guests feel like the most important visitors she has ever had. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the terrace, graced with flowers and lemon trees.... More

We were greeted at the train station by our hostess, Nicoletta, who had arranged to transport our bags and tired beings to her childhood home turned B & B. After settling us into a pleasant room named after her grandmother, she invited us to the beautiful terrace to welcome us to her home village of Monterosso in the Cinque Terre.... More

We loved our B&B in Monterosso al Mare. Nicoletta our hostess couldn't have been more helpful. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and happy. Our room was very special with a nice large bathroom. The breakfast were great, taken on the terrace. We were located up off the square on one of the many winding alleyways... More

There's nothing more to say than what has already been said - but I'll recap. This building was Nicoletta's family home. The first floor is the B&B and then there are private apartments on the floors above. The room we stayed in is the suite, and was the room Nicoletta was born in. It is beautifully furnished with enough space,... More

This is a lovely B&B. Nicoletta graciously welcomes you to La Poesia which she explained was her family home for 4 generations. We were welcomed on the rooftop terrace and served prosecco with and various fruit, cheese, and meat. The room we stayed in was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located in town so I was concerned... More

We really enjoyed our stay at La Poesia. Nicoletta is a charming host who, along with her friendly staff, could not do enough to try and make our stay as pleasant as possible. It is the little touches that make all the difference, like the free bottle of prosecco, Parma ham and local cheeses that were presented to us on... More
