The room was clean and comfortable, and they were very nice and accommodating to my friend who was ill during our stay. The location is convenient if you are coming to Cinque Terre with a car (it is on the beach side of Monterosso, not the older cute side). Only real downside is that the hotel is near the train... The Hotel Villa Accini is in a great location. Close to train station without going up steep hills or steps, and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is a buffet breakfast for a fee which I had only the first morning. My bulletproof stomach didn't feel so good a few hours later so I skipped their buffet breakfast... More

Monterosso al mere is the best place to stay at Cinque terre - this is in a good position - walking distance to railway with luggage as well as setting off on the many trails etc.. On arriving at the Villa it is very noticeable it is a sad state of disrepair - it needs a good gardener, clean up... More

Arrived in town at about 10:30 PM (22:30) with a couple friends after not booking any place to stay. Randomly stumbled upon this place and were taken care of immediately. The guy at the front desk said that a couple left early and that the room wasn't clean yet. He went up and cleaned it for us and allowed us... More

Great location couple of minutes walk from the station. Great modern rooms and good buffet breakfast (excellent coffee). Nice and spacious room for us and our 11 yr old son. Only few minutes to beach, and approx 10mins to old town and start of Monterosso to Vernazza walk.

Fridge didn't work in our room. Safe was a joke there, it was so small/light and not attached to anything(anyone can carry your belonging in their hands). Breakfast was too late for us, at 8:30. By that time we were already in Monorola, having left at 6:20. You have to take earplugs with you, the train tracks are really close... More

Helpful staff, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help out with trains, cooking classes and things to do. Comfortable rooms and well maintained - it is a 200 year old building! Close to train station but away from main street so keep its quiet and serene.

We were here at the Beginning of september 2013. It was unbeatable experience. They make you feel as special guest of family in an elegant italian villa . Important!!! Request from owner's daughter to prepare chocolate chipped decorated cappuccino for you... That will be one of the best tasting cappuccino in your life...

We had five fantastic days here in the end of July. Friendly staff, clean room with a lovely balcony, great breakfast made our stay a memorable one. Extra plus as the hotel as situated on the quiet side of the railway. Good value for money.

Walking up to the villa you would think that all is good for a nice stay in Monterosso. Unfortunately this is not the case here. The foyer and breakfast area are quite pleasant but this is where it ends. The rooms are small, sparse and poorly furnished. Light fittings had blown globes, which weren't replaced when asked for and provided... More
