Couldn't book a preferred place in Cinque Terre, so went with the Villa Accini because they had vacancies. Had a room on the ground floor; it had some extensive remodeling done to it so that the floors and much of the bathroom looked very nice. However, the walls were kind of rough, they had some areas that had small gouges... more

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel seems to be one of the nicer ones in town. Rooms were clean and comfortable (including A/C), breakfast was great, and the location is just one or two blocks up the road from the main street. Hotel staff was very friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. There seems to be a bit... more

When we finally found the hotel which is a little hard to locate mainly due to our GPS it was great. Quite squeezy getting the car up the driveway but it had parking which is a big plus in this area. The hotel itself lovey from the outside, inside very tasteful but quite pricey. Breakfast was good and the hotel... more

This hotel was not far from the beach, in the newer part of Monterosso. It was clean and quiet. I booked it because parking is very limited in the entire Cinque Terre and this hotel provided free parking for guests. Upon arriving however, our manual rental minivan couldn't get up the energy necessary to make it up the driveway and... more

A little confusing to find and get through the gate. The hotel is located on top of a hill and is a little hike with luggage, but over all a nice place to stay. more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Accini. The breakfast was much better than we anticipated...fruit, pastries, juice, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt. We found the villa very clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the lovely young receptionist who was very cordial in helping us to make dinner reservations. I understood the villa was a home that had been turned... more

Cinque Terre was a 3 day stop for us as part of a 12 day Italian vacation. Without a doubt, Monterosso is the best of the 5 towns for lodging and we loved this hotel. Monterosso is situated such that it is divided into 2 parts. Hotel Villa Accini is located on the "quieter" side, but also the side of... more

My wife & I stayed at this hotel in August. We found the hotel basic & clean - its 3* but for what we paid we expected a lot more (€180 p/night) It was spacious, but for what they charged I expected a decent size TV (not a tiny 14") & all the english channels had a very very irritating... more

Few places on the planet are as beautiful as Cinque Terre. We choose this hotel because it is "new town" of Monterosso- the norrthernmost town of the five in Cinque Terre. This is the only place that allows cars- which is good thing. Get out your hiking shoes and walk all the towns. Italy, in its wisdom, made Cinque Terre... more

Nice location, set back off the main road. Would have been O.K. but I woke up my first night (of 3 that were booked) with ants crawling on me and the bed. I was woken up by bites and that unpleasant feeling of having bugs on me a few times. Early the next morning I told the front desk person,... more
