I stayed here with a friend last week. We thought (from the pictures) that this hotel was was a beautiful place on the water. We were sadly mistaken. Our room faced another building and shared a common area and terrace with the other guests. There was also prevalent mold and mildew in the air that irritated our allergies. (You could... More

We had a great time staying at this "affittacamere". My guess is that they have several buildings/apartments, etc., but the one we stayed in was the pink building right across from the beach (in several photos). There was a large living room common area, then two or three bedrooms in the hallway, each with their own individual lock and key.... More

Ideal location for Cinque Terre. Enjoyed 3 days there in September. Clean, modern rooms. Great views from the shared verandah overlooking the beach. Also in the distance the other 4 villages could be seen which make up the five villages. I found Monterosso to be the ideal place to stay after walking the other hilly villages and treks. Found it... Room nice and clean. Just across the street from the beach and close to restaurants. Quiet at night and a short walk to town. It was perfect for us. I would definitely stay there again. We went over to the town each night and walked around and ate had a cappuccino and just took in the atmosphere . Did our... More

The room was super modern, clean quiet and comfortable. It's a short walk to the train station but away from what little traffic exists in Monterosso. A shared terrace overlooks the beach. It does not include breakfast. The only irritant is that the rooms are in an apartment building with no sign at Via IV Novembre, 3, but the manager... More

Great location by the sea and the "Giant". Quiet area even in the busiest hours. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Clean and discreet. An excellent starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre". Away from the noise of the town center and station. Price suited to the quality of the structure.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. My husband and I were on a tour or Europe and this was hands down our favorite spot. The hotel is perfect for beach lovers! We stayed off site from the check in office and just loved it. The reception walked us around the corner to our hotel and our room was... More

I researched numerous places in Monterosso only to find everything overpriced or distant. If you are looking to get pampered or be serviced and have other hotel amenities, this is not the place for you. I, on the other hand, wanted to be left alone and explore the "five land" while staying at a nice place. I was traveling to... More

The cleanest and most modern hotel I've ever stayed at for this price in all of Europe. The location and communication with staff is very challenging. The best bet would be to contact the hotel a day or two before you plan to arrive and let them know when you are expected to arrive. This is a condo apartment building... More

It's the best hotel in our trip. I am an architect and this hotel satisfied me. Modern interior design in the bedroom, bathroom and the shared sitting room. There is shared outdoor dinning area for us to use, too. Everything is high tech including automatic timber roller blinds, concealed fridge, modern design air conditioning. We were very happy and excited... More
