Hotel Pasquale was too pricey for us at €180 per night for 3. So we found this one near train station for €80 per night. No breakfast, hair dryer, or fluffy towels. Right across from beach and great view. Small bathroom but good shower. Mini fridge. Simple but clean & functional.
You are literally 40m from the water here; the problem is that between you and the water is the main "road" for this little town. The same road the drunks walk home on and on the same road mopeds scream by at 4am.
Restaurants are nearby and very convenient. We went in October, and found the waiters/waitresses/counter help burned out...
