Amazing winery, views and staff. The family who owns this winery is super sweet, energetic and happy to please their guests or treat you as part of their family. The view is breathtaking with mountains, greenery, terraced rose gardens, and a very relaxing, peaceful terrace to enjoy wine and appetizers. There is an uphill walk to get here but it... More

We were hiking in Monterroso, and by accident found this quaint winery, and wine bar. It is a short walk uphill from Monterroso, but go for it. The view is breathtaking of the surrounding mountains, greenery, terraced rose gardens, and a very relaxing terrace to enjoy wine and appetizers. There were groups of people who were wine tasting, but the... More

Two families, ten people, all adults, stayed two nights. The family who owns and operates this winery, b&b, serves you wine and appetizers if you are there in the afternoon and even helped us with our laundry - outside and hanging to dry as all over Italy. The owner gave us a tour of the fields before Sunday Mass on... More

Short up hill stroll from Monterosso. Well worth the little effort. Beautiful grounds, gracious hosts and good wine. Did not stay at this hotel/B&B. Terraced vineyard. Beautiful wine tasting area. Trip advisor wants me to fill up more space here before I can submit. Nothing more to say.

This hotel is located in a beautiful winery and has amazing views. The accommodations are moderate and overpriced. There is very limited hot water and the rooms are not serviced by housekeeping from day to day throughout your stay. This is also a vineyard so there are wine tastings open to the public throughout the day and evening.

We found this place by accident. We didn't want to stay in a tiny place surrounded by tourists and this place is truly amazing. A winery inside breathtaking national parklands. We had the pink cottage overlooking the hills and it was perfect. Just an easy 10 minute stroll into "town" and such an oasis. The family running Buranco are all... More

Welcoming, charming and stunningly beautiful. The Agriturismo is a hearty walk uphill from the train station, but is well worth the sense of privacy and quiet just outside of town. We thoroughly enjoyed the wines and limoncello offered on site. Breakfast was delicious and served in a gorgeous location, overlooking the vineyard. Our host couldn't have been more welcoming and... My husband and I stayed for two nights in the yellow house, a free standing little cottage up the back. It was a large space with a king bed, couch, and also a mini kitchen and full bath (no tub). It was quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. The winery / terrace area is stunning with vineyards, lemon trees and beautiful gardens.... More

We stayed 4 nights at Buranco whilst visiting the Cinque Terre. We found our B&B accommodation a haven of peace after the frenetic tourism of the Cinque Terre. These five mountain villages are very beautiful and accessible by foot, boat or train. Each clings to a steep mountain valley which sweeps down to the sea. We thought wrongly that we... More

Location is very good (for Monterosso standards) and a big plus for this winery/lodging is that it has a private parking which is a very rare thing in Monterosso. Service is decent but not insightful. Italian is the only language the person was speaking, and I mean only. Although, he was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very average, but... More
