In Manarola we stayed in the triple room at Da Baranin. We had a great little balcony overlooking the beautiful town. The hills and the sea made this the most picturesque place of our stay in Italy. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and quite large for 3 of us. I would stay here again. more

We stayed in a long thin room with a little balcony and two twin beds. The bathroom was big, the whole place very clean, and we had a view over vineyards, the town, and the ocean. Breakfast was a great big selection of breads, cakes, cheeses and spreads, along with a choice of drink. Da Baranin is definitely a good... more

We stayed in a 2-room unit at 36 Via Ronaldi. This was great for our family of 5. Lower room had a king size bed and a twin bed and upstairs room had two twin beds. Each room had a bathroom with shower. Each room also had windowed doors opening onto a balcony with views of the sea as well... more

Getting to Da Baranin from the train station was a mission - had to heave big bags down a flight of stairs and then up another at the station, then pull them up a steep road to the top of the hill. People we met on their way down encouraged us, saying 'Keep going, it's worth it!' And it was.... more

We had a great experience at da Baranin. We stayed in one of their apts. - apt. 5 - for two nights. It was bright, spacious, and clean. The views from the balcony were great - esp. when we were sipping the wine at sunset. The walk down through the town is really wonderful. The walk up the hill slightly... more

We arrived in Cinque Terra after a drive from Florence, passing through Lucca, expecting this to be a day trip. When we (family of 4 with 2 older teens) arrived that sunny afternoon, we thought, this place deserves at least an overnight stay. However with an injured knee, I couldn't attempt any of ths strenuous hikes, but I knew we... more

Fold out couch, smelly entrance to studio apartment, no airconditioning - which I didn't think would be a problem until we were attacked by little biting bugs all night long. The front desk staff were nice. But I checked out and went to Monterosso. more

This place was great! We had a triple room (I believe called the Superior) and it was very spacious and clean. One large bed and two other beds were available in the room. We had a beautiful terrace that looked over Manarola and a view to the sea. Breakfast was decent, not spectacular (bread, jam, coffee) and the reception was... more

We stayed at Da Baranin in the B & B for 5 nights. Is well located at the top of the town ,which we preferred as it was away from the busier area. We found all the staff that worked there to be very friendly and helpful. The room was tastfully decorated and very clean. We had a small TV... more

We stayed with Da Baranin in apartment #4 in beautiful Manarola. It was quiet , but close to the main part of town, just a 2-3 minute walk from everything you need....waterfront, post office, bank, food store, great resturants, and friendly people. Our apartment was pleasant and clean with a very comfortable double bed and nice bathroom with a good... more
