Spent two nights here during summer, the bathrooms as everyone says are fairly dire but what was really bad was that the power cut out on both nights meaning that the lights, power points (couldn't charge any appliances), fans in the dorms (really necessary during summer), and showers (which have to be turned on with a power button) didn't work... The staff are very friendly and helpful upon check in. It is easy to find and get to as Manarola is quite small, however some trains don't stop in this town which can make it a bit challenging if you plan on coming back late. The hostel itself is quite big, lots of young people from all over the world.... More

I stayed at this hostel for 5 nights and had a wonderful time! Sure the showers are small, the wifi really only works on the ground floor - but who cares? You'll be out trekking for most parts of the day or swimming in the Ligurian Sea. I met some amazing solo travelers here, like minded and up for adventure.... More

Barrack like rooms and no air conditioning made for a very uncomfortable experience. The shower shuts off after 4 minutes and you must get out to restart it. Up a large number of steps at the top of a very tall hill/mountain. If you are looking to travel on the cheap then it will suit your basic needs, but their... More

I am not sure if this worth to save money and stay in this place. For the money they ask for twin room you will not have 1)any breakfast!! 2)any towels 3)any comfort. But you will have some unpleasant smell in bathroom.

Next day we change for double room with bathroom and it was much nicer. Ther eis free WIFi..Sheets are clean but... More

Hostel Cinque Terre is located in Manarola, one of the 5 towns that are part of what is known as "Cinque Terre". This hostel is in a great location and offers a great place to stay for multiple nights. My friend and I stayed in a 6-bed all female dorm room, which offered closets to lock our stuff up, great... This a simple, nice place to stay, for a good price relatively to alternatives in the Cinque Terre area. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and very considerate. I received some great advice for my hiking days, and they did the best to accommodate all my needs. Dorm rooms are big and clean, and have comfy beds and a... More

This hostel is located in a really great spot. It's just a short (5-10 min) walk from the train station, in (my opinion) the best of the five cities. Manarola offers breathtaking sights and a really local, awesome atmosphere (quiet city, not good for the party type - I'd recommend Monterosso if you're looking for any sort of nightlife). The... Hostel Cinque Terre is located on the top of Manarola village just behind the church. The rocky beach, coastal hiking trails and the train station of Manarola are few minutes away. A view from wide windows will reward the travelers with a 360° of the village, the Mediterranean sea, and the surrounding hillside terraced vineyards. Spacious rooms with ceiling fan... More
