If you don't mind steps (and if you are coming to cinque Terre you better like uphill climbs) stay on the top floor with the balcony. The rooms are large and modern with all the amenities (including good wifi) and have air conditioning which for August days is nice. The evenings were cool and the balcony was a great place... More

Wonderful hotel in amazing location! We had room 7 and it has an amazing balcony looking out to vineyards, the rooms are well equipped and the bathroom is spectacular with a rain shower head! This is a MUST! The breakfast is great! And the host's are very hospitable! Very close to the sea and train station! The perfect get away

I booked my trip to Manarola very late in the season. This was all my travel agent could fine and honestly, with mixed reviews here on TA, I was nervous. I had a long day of travel to arrive in Manarola and made an error on the local trains, thus arriving later (after Midnight instead of at 11:30PM) than planned.... More

Simone is a wonderful host in this old farmhouse and wine yard now converted to a fabulous modern comfortable hotel. Although breakfast was not included for the six of us I would gladly pay his up charge just for the lovely style of having breakfast in their lovely garden. The place is clean beyond comparison. The shower and bathroom compare... More

My stay in a Manarola was made by the kindness of the owners. From being awoken each morning to the aroma of freshly baked breakfast pastries that were decadent, to letting me borrow a electric converter when I asked where to purchase one, it was a delightful stay. Eating the delicious breakfast on the patio amongst the lemon trees was... More

We had room 7 with the very large terrace that overlooks the garden with beautiful lemon trees. The bathroom was wonderful, very large, rain shower, farm sink, heated towel rack. There is a refrigerator and safe in the room. Very very clean! Simone was very helpful, provided ice when I sprained my ankle, called trattoria dal billy for reservations and... More

Ca d'Andrean was all it was supposed to be: an excellent price-for-value hotel in Manarola, just far enough away from the water that it was relatively quiet (other than the thin walls between rooms). Continental breakfast seemed pricey at 7 Euro ($10) but was worth it and nice to finish in a lemon-tree filled garden. Beware that if you have... More

My friend and I just stayed overnight but had the most refreshing, delightful stay at Hotel Ca D' Andrean! We were welcomed and assisted by Nicola and Simone with great hospitality! The hotel is conveniently located with just a short hike from the plaza. The room is modern, clean, with a great bathroom to include rain shower head-- instant spa... More

The pluses: it is on the (traffic-free) main road, so it is easy to wheel bags up the hill from the station. It is clean, and feels safe after dark. The WiFi worked, albeit slowly. Minuses: it is essentially amenity free. We were promised 'apartamentos' but given very basic hotel rooms. (I know enough Italian to know this isn't a... More

We spent 2 nights with in Simone's hotel Ca D'Andrean and wish it had been a month. The rooms and hotel are just remodeled and are beautiful. We stayed in room 8 (there are only 10) and it was the perfect balance of beauty and function. It is a walk up the hill, but worth every step. The only change... More
