friendly and helpful staff, you can park your car in their garage for 11 euro. Central location in quiet street. Nice modern and clean aspect of the room, which was of the right size, a bit dark, mine was on the first floor and didn't have much light coming in which would have disturbed me if I'd stayed over 1... Hotel Allegria is situated on the edge of Udine's town center. The hotel has very unique decor. Many of the furnishings have faces on them, generally smiling ones. The furnishings and lighting fixtures are also fun and modern. My room was quite large, especially by Italian standards. So was the bathroom, with an oversized shower stall. My room overlooked the... A perfect hotel, comfortable rooms, in the centre of Udine. There is wifi and cable internet, practical furniture; it's all there. The rooms are not extremely big, but certainly big enough for two people. And the location: centre city but open windows at night, hardly any traffic noticeable. The best is possibly the staff. Real friendly, always happy, willing to... More

The hotel in general is OK. The rooms are adequate and the location is near to the city center. However, do NOT order anything from the resturant; eat out in town. I ordered fish with mushroom soup. The fish arrived, no soup or musrooms. The answer was that it was a "bad translation" and no effort was made to correct... More

Dear Mr (I remember you but I don't write it) I thank you for your stay in our hotel. I would like to make a consideration about your review, and in particular about our restaurant service. For first, I really appreciated if, during the time we spoke about more things, you said me about the problem you had in our... More

The hotel is located in the centre of Udine, so ideally located. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the reception and staff were extremely helpful. I did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant but apparently it is known as one of the best in the city and looked great. In all, a great choice for a... More

We stayed in room 107 which was spacious and quiet considering it overlooked a main street. The room was large and well appointed. Our only complaints were that the mini bar fridge was not operational. The staff looked into the problem but were unable to resolve it during our stay (seemed to be an electrical issue). It was extremely hot... More

Stayed with my group at the Hotel Allegria in October and really liked the hotel very much. It's location is very central and all rooms are beautifully styled and elegantly appointed - really more like a 4 star hotel. Gabriele, the tireless manager, will make sure that everything is perfect for you. The breakfast was excellent, unfortunately, we did not... More

What a discovery - a hotel in the city center with new rooms (ours had a beautiful bathroom), a very friendly staff, congenial bar and extraordinarily fine restaurant. Unfortunately we don't know how to play bocce, but there's a court in the back garden for those who do. The people at the hotel could not have been nicer or more... More

From the reservation by e-mail to the moment we left, the Allegria looked after us very well indeed. There were 8 of us in our family group, needing four rooms of different configurations (including a triple and a single) and the hotel put us all on one floor so it was just like having our own space. The hotel has... More

Nestled in the heart of the city of Udine, Italy is the most AMAZING Hotel Allegria. Totally renovated less than a year ago this hotel combines all the modern conveniences with old world charm. In addition there is a superb restaurant serving outstanding regional dishes. And the bar that gives out onto the street is a gathering place for all... More
