Well actually the Allegria is a pritty nice hotel (for 3*, of course not comparable with higher * hotel). Also my 4 points consider that it is 4 points for 3*. Room and bathroom were clean, which is most important to me anyway. The furniture is pretty much ok, though the room could get some little accessories to make it... More

Just steps from city center with pedestrian zone and many cafes, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and very clean. They do need to upgrade the wifi! If you are so inclined they have a very nice bocce court. Massimo at the front desk is the true personality here, very helpful with ideas for seeing and eating. The hotel has a... More

Udine is not a large city but this small hotel on the southern edge of the 'centro storico' is an excellent base, not far from other more up-market hotels with corresponding up-market prices. All aspects of the service are very efficient and friendly. The rooms are simple but very clean. We found the beds very comfortable. The underground garage is... More

Hotel Allegria is located right on the edge of the old town and is an easy walk to the main sites of Udine. The hotel rooms are clean and modern, if a bit on the small side. The underground garage is a nice plus at a reasonable price. Best of all is the excellent restaurant downstairs, which has a nice... More

very nice hotel, right in center of Udine: perfect position. With garage, narrow entrance with car elevator. The rooms are very nice: clean, with good furniture, nice bathroom, and wide enough. I stayed for business, but it could be perfect also for tourism. Breakfast good, but not special. Some problem with Internet: connection is a bit weak.

This hotel is very close to the city center. I was there for business, however it was nice to have the possibility to have a walk in the downtown after dinner. For sure much better than classical 3 stars hotels in Italy. The rooms are relatively large and very clean with nice furniture. Unfortunately from my room I could hear... More

We've spent one night there, it was nice and clean, staff was frienly and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough, bathrooms also. They have a garage with car-lift. In some minutes you're in the centre of Udine. Breakfast was good, not spectacular but compared to others we had in Italy definitely good.

This hotel is modern and updated, but the feeling is very old-school - in the best sense. The staff was helpful without being effusive. The location is ideal, right on the edge of the historical center without being in the midst of it. Udine is an easy city to navigate, and this is an ideal place from which to explore... More

What a great hotel! Rooms comfortable, well maintained, exceptionally helpful staff, and a good restaurant. Booked at the last minute for New Year's with friends (had an excellent 7 course dinner at the hotel restaurant), and the experience far exceeded expectations. I cannot think of a single complaint, no matter how minor.

We stayed at the hotel for new years in a last minute decision. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with a little kitchenette, free wifi and overall great amenities. There is also a garage for a reasonable additional fee and the restaurant served a great New Years menu. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly, helpful especially with children, making...
