Unless you are about to sleep on the street. .. then don't!!!! I usually refrain from posting negative reviews.... but this one was just too much to handle.... we booked as we were told it was nice etc.. we just did not expect it to be so bad... I mean a 3 stars is a 3 stars and not 1/4... More

Well, this can happen in Italy. Hotel has a great location, but everything else is really horrible. It is located at first and third floor of an old building, with tight and labyrinth like hallways. Bathroom was just too small. I don't know if slightly larger person could even fit there. And room, well, that was first time that I... More

Although well located in the center, very noisy despite the double glazing windows. It advertises air-conditioned but non existent. Shower in our room was so narrow to get in that if you happen to be overweight, let alone on the obese side, you do not manage to get a shower. Staff not particularly friendly except for Mary who tried to... More

I am not saying this is the best hotel in town, but you get the exact service for your money what you paid for. It is a relatively cheap one star hotel, down town. The staff was kind, the room was clean, and everything was by walking distance.

... namely a cheap place to stay a few days in Trieste. My single room was extremely small, not even a chair could fit there, but it was clean. I was assured to have WLAN, but it works only in some places on the floor, not in the room. My TV never really worked, but I cannot complain, because I... More

I stayed here because nothing else was available. The "reception" is in the seedy bar next door and there is absolutely no service. The decor looks nothing like the picture. The room and hallway are garishly painted in dark, Gothic colors. The stairway is dim and cold, and there was no heat at all in the hotel, although we asked several... More

We've just returned from a short break at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. It was equipped with a TV with integral VCR (Italian channels only), there was also a radio/cd/mini disc player. The decor was charming with handpainted furniture and a rocking chair. Exposed beams added to the atmosphere. There was no... More

The hotel is very well located and very nicely decorated. Colourful walls and marble bathrooms (not all rooms have bathrooms) not very usual for a one star hotel. This nice decor could be ideal for a good stay if one could forget the staff. At the reception the lady was very nice and helpfull, but when the real problems show... More
