Absolutely recommendable. Really central, neat and tidy, breakfast is massive, really nice coffee and Vincenzo -the owner- is a perfect host to whom you can ask anything about his city over breakfast. I was looking for a hostel in Trieste and came across this one, which has a couple of rooms recently converted into dorms (one female and one male)... More

Near the center of the city and the train station. It was standard, simple and doable. Staff were friendly, room was okay and furniture was reasonable. Had a sink in the room which is a plus. The bathrooms weren't bad. They were well-kept! There was a slow-functioning computer and a vending machine that was good too.

This place is basically a hostel but beds are comfy, the room had a much needed fan and breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location and great value. Trieste is a great little town, we went to the huge caves one day and to the beach the next. Beautiful train journey from Venice too.

Hotel is nearby centre, Ponte Rosso, and Ortodox chearch. We had great apartment with 2 separeted rooms, dining room, bathroom, kichinete. 5 people can sleep in the apartment. Excellent breakfast. For those who doesn't know, hotel starts at 3th flour, but it is not a problem, there is an elevator.

Has to be the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. Had cockroachs in my bedroom and they staff were unwilling to do anything about it. Otherwise it was in a good location and had nice coffee. Despite turning up in full cycling gear at 10 in the morning, we were made to feel welcome and could occupy rooms immediately. Breakfast excellent by Italian standards. We rented an apartment for three persons, but there are also hotel rooms. The hotel itself seemed full of younger people so may be noisy, but the apartments are separate and definitely... More

Considering what we paid...$106 for a quad room, this place was great. Breakfast was awesome, continental with cold cuts, and espresso. Place was clean. Again, for what we paid, you have to rate this place high!

Not the most luxurious hotel you will ever stay in, but fine for 65€. Staff were nice, breakfast ok. The bed broke (!), but otherwise no issues. Clean and a reasonably large room. Could not accommodate a baby in its own bed without advance warning. Breakfast (included) quite good.

This Hotel has more things to recommend it than not. It's clean, cheap, central (only a few minutes from Piazza Unita d'Italia and Canale Grande in one direction, and the bus and train station in the other direction) and the breakfast is more than sufficient (though the breakfast room is fairly small). The only negative is the lack of air... More

The hotel staff were pleasant and quite helpful. I read a lot of reviews warning about noise but ours was the first room at the entrance, still we didn't hear a thing that disturbed us. We had an ensuite bathroom which was small and quite basic, but not at all bad for our first hostel-like experience. We were surprised to... More
