Our few days at the Ariamarina exceeded all our expectations. The beautifully furnished, comfortable apartment which has two rooms is in a great location central to all the bars, restaurants and the main piazza. Nadia the owner is friendly and helpful and speaks better English than we do Italian! She provided a lovely spread each morning which set us up... More

This is in the old part of the city, in a recently sympathetically rebuilt terrace. The Ariamarina B&B is on the 1st floor. We had a pleasant, light room facing onto the courtyard. The weather was not quite warm enough to eat outside but Nadia, the landlady, provided us with excellent breakfast indoors, including local specialties. She's a lovely lady... More

We arranged to stay here during a reunion of my partner (who is Italian) and her classmates at Trieste University. Nadia was the perfect hostess, giving generously of her knowledge of local restaurants and other attractions, as well as serving a varied and delicious breakfast in the little patio adjoining our room. Her flat (she now lives elsewhere in the... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Ariamarina. This bed and breakfast was superb in all respects. The owner, Nadia (Nadji), was the most wonderful hostess and very helpful in her recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The accommodations were well appointed and immaculate. Breakfast on the patio among her flowers was like dining in an outdoor garden. The location was... More

B&B Ariamarina was perfect, Nadia the hostess is charming and warm. She recommended a very good place for us to eat on the first night and also recommended the best sunbathing spot! The apartment is nicely decorated and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. My boyfriend is over 6 feet and he found the shower small but loved the... More

Value for money and hospitality are great at this small and efficiently-run B&B. Live-in owner Nadja is a Trieste-native who converted the family-flat into the facility after her nest emptied. She's lively and friendly, although self-admittedly shy about speaking English with her guests. Communication is not an issue, though. Rooms are about 80 € for double and 68 for single-use... More

We (an American couple in our 60s) stayed here three nights October. As others have reported, the 2 bedrooms are clean and comfortable and each has a nice en suite bath. It is very centrally located, no more than a 10 orf 15 min. walk from the Piazza d'Unita Italia. The best thing about it, however, is the owner, Nadia... More

From the outside of the building you would never suspect what lies within! Two beautifully updated, well appointed modern style rooms with fantastic bathrooms. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants and town. Our hostess, Nadia, was delightful and served us an amazing breakfast in the morning with delicious coffee, fresh fruit, pastries and breads. We were sorry that we... More

Absolutely fantastic all round! Great location, in the old city near the restaurants and shops. Very impressive historic building, but with a beautifully renovated interior. Modern, clean and stylish room, very quiet and comfortable. Great bathroom. Breakfast was served on the interior patio. Fabulous setting with a wide variety of fresh food. The owner is a wonderful host, offering advice... More

Nadia was exceptionally welcoming and the room was a delight. The street is unasuming but right in the heart of the old city. Once you enter through the door and go up to the apartment it feels like you have discovered something special. We were very impressed with the style and cleanliness of the room which was really like having... More
