I really enjoyed my week's stay in Residenza le 6A. It is a beautiful little hotel right in the very center of Trieste so that it is possible to walk to all the main sites, also to the sea and to the canal at any time of day. There are restaurants and the best cafes within a few hundred meters... More

This hotel was fully booked through online booking services, but we were able to reserve an ensuite double room directly through their website. They keep your credit card details, but you don't pay until you arrive when reception is open. We turned up after reception had closed, so we got into the building using an access code. It felt strange... More

Its 1.30am and i cant sleep! even though im exhausted. Would have thought 80 euros a night in march would get me a room that i could sleep in. Room comfortable and clean but sleep during the day as at night the bar under the rooms turns into a thumping DJ's screaming paradise... been here 3 nights (MIDWEEK) and slept... More

This very nice and cosy residence has an excellent location in the very heart of Trieste. Room looked even better than on a photo and the service was just perfect. You definitely won't regret staying here.

This hotel is hidden behind a non-descript door in a pedestrian only street but when found is like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Very clean, tidy, modern and luxurious the rooms are spacious with good size bathrooms and all the requirements of a range of travellers. The breakfasts are a little lean on the... More

Just back from a four night stay here. We loved it - the location in the pedestrianised area close to the Grand Canal is perfect; the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with small fridge, kettle and satellite TV; breakfast included (hot drinks, fruit juice, croissants, cakes, jams etc) available in the reception area. The owner (?)/ person in... More

The beautiful design of the rooms and great location is well documented here. The residenza is clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were there during the Italy-Germany Euro Cup soccer match. The cafe below our window was showing the game on the street and the fans were in full voice. We closed the window and drape and did not hear... More

On our recent visit, Trieste proved to be a wonderful city with beautiful public squares, impressive buildings, historic cafés and many pedestrian areas that allow for leisurely strolls. We also thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza 6A which is very centrally located in a pedestrian district - within easy walking distance of the train station when we arrived in Trieste... More

Nice residence with 6 or 8 rooms in the heart of Trieste. Breakfast is not included unlike what some websites claim. The residence is located within a nice, 19th century building. Close from the residentce, you'll find a bar-dancing club and a cafe selling pastries (perfect for breakfast). The decoration is absolutely perfect.
