From first setting foot in this beautiful hotel set in the heart of medieval San Marino we felt right at home. We had a job locating it to start with but once we had found the car park (no 6) we walked around the corner and there it was. A prefect location. A staff member walked back to the car... More

This hotel has a great location, but our standard room was very small with no view. They had other rooms available, but the up charge for us to move into a better room was double the cost. We were in San Marino for a very short time, so it was very convenient to be able to walk around the old... More

The hotel is in a perfect location, right on top of the mountain. From there, apart from the 3 towers and a few shops, everything is below it. On the plus side: beautiful, incredible scenic views (ask for room 305 you will not be disappointed). The hotel is well equipped; well working air conditioning system (please do remember this is... We got the tower room with splendid views over the whole valley. Service was very good, staff very friendly. The hotel is at the most convenient location in old town. We also eat int the reaaurant, which was a good experience as well and worth the price. Breakfast was nice and rich for italian tradition. Parking was very convenient and... More

At first I was very unhappy. I arrived on a late afternoon by bus from Rimini. From the terminal I asked where the hotel was which was explained for me. I then had to walk uphill for 20 minutes with my suitcase (luckily one on wheels) at 30 degrees celcius. This was an unpleasant surprise. When I said so at... More

Excellent service from start to finish, professional, friendly and efficient. Nice, clean and practical, if not totally modern, room with a great view of the plains towards the ocean. Great location half way to the top of the Old Town (Centro Storico) of San Marino. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this hotel, and, yes: It’s worth spending... More

This may well be the top hotel in San Marino but that doesn't make it a top hotel by world standards. The location is fantastic and you can't ask for better. However, there is a certain dated feel to the style and approach - dated, not charming or antique. The rooms are comfortable, the services are fine, the staff are... More

I have only positive experiences of my family's stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located, we were traveling by car and easily located car park P6 (with the aid of Sat Nav). We managed to get parked - a stroke of luck as it is a small and busy car park, and were warmly welcomed on check in. Our... More

Excellent position and place. The breakfast was very good and the restorant (dinner) was fantastic with italian dishes. Terrific and cozy room. Everybody were pleasant. Parking is on 50 metres from hotel. Better than I expected. I can easily recommend it. Also, the price is not too high for the service. One word: the best...

Having read all of the reviews on tripadvisor (this is really worth it for the advice and tips) i booked this hotel and immediately requested a room on the top floor. The hotel is located inside the old city at the top of the mountain, within 5 minutes walking of the city towers. There are wonderful views over both the... More
