The hotel was close to the train station and the beach, that puts it some distance from the old town. To get to the old town is a pleasant walk through a park that is frequented by tourists and local alike. The breakfast was lovely each morning with a good range of pastries, cereals, toast, yoghurt etc. with coffee tea and... The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, the railroad station and the bus to San Marino. The rooms, while small are adequate for the solo traveler and for the rate, were not bad. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. No one was in the pub when I was there, but the clerk was willing to sell beer... More

It was the worst hotel experience we ever had. My makeup and brush was stolen from the room and when I reported it to the hotel, they only argued that it could not be the cleaning lady that took it. However, when we checked out 2 days later, my makeup was at reception, but no excuse or explanation was offered... More

I chose the Hotel for the excellent location - it is easy to walk to the beach and is close to the historical centre of the city through the nice park. There are lot of nearby reastaurants and bars. It is easy to reach San Marino, The Fashion Outlets and Ricione (excellent to visit and for shopping) by bus. I... More

Rick Steves basically recommends that people skip Rimini, but for us this was a great hotel and site for what we needed. A couple days on the beach... a trip to San Marino... a stopover point before we left for Germany. Definitely a great deal for a family that wants to be close to the beach. We got a great... More

I was there with my friend in August, 2012. It is a nice, small, quiet 3 star beach hotel. The advantages of this hotel are friendly staff, who always ready to help you and good location, it is situated in a few steps from the sea. Unfortunately, rooms are too small, but it has a large balcony, it would be... More

This is a good price hotel, located close to restaurants and with the sea just outside. Some parts of the hotel would perhaps need a little makeover, but the room was clean and felt fresh. Some rooms have sea view, but not all. We came here in low season and the staff was very friendly and helpful, for example they... More

The employees were helpful with directions, the place was clean, everything was basically OK and considering that it was Italy, the price was not bad. The breakfast was also OK, except that they have a really dumb system where you are supposed to find a plastic card with your room number and put it on your table when you eat.... More

Filthy noisy rooms with old furnishings, hard matresses, microscopic bathrooms and dirty linens (picture small scratchy towels and stained sheets). Dust everywhere -my son's allergies went crazy. Plumbing was extremely noisy (you could hear every flush in the hotel!) Staff were rude - food was industrial. Hotel has 5 floors and 1 slow elevator - 'limited parking' that is offered... More

The Hotel Europa is a good option for the budget traveler. The room was small, but had a private bathroom and a nice view. It is only a block away from the beach and private beach area for the neighboring hotels. The only negative was that there was a group of kids/teenagers in the room next door and they were... More
