I arrived late at night and the hotel looked fine at reception. We were well received and given a room that was looking out into a kind of box canyon with hardly any daylight. The room was of cell line dimensions about 9 feet by 11 and was drab and felt airless. The bathroom was wider than the bedroom and... More

Really liked the place! Great Value for money, very friendly staff and an optimal location (2 mins walk to the beach). Only reason I can't give it 5 points is the breakfast which wasn't excellent. But there are many places nearby to eat so that wasn't a big problem. Would go back any day!

I'm currently staying in this hotel (July 2014). The day I arrived was the day I couldn't wait to check out. My heart sunk when I arrived at the hotel. I'd saved up all year for this vacation and represents my only holiday in 2014. Luckily I'm travelling around Italy so I've only a couple more days to endure of... More

Staying at this hotel in the 3 star room. Its nor even up to that standard. The furnishings in the room are drab and damaged. The rooms are so small that its difficult to move around with your luggage. The bathroom is almost like a caravan shower room! These rooms warrent only a 2 star or possibly a 1 star.... More

Personally, I expected better. The room was too small. The bathroom was unbeliavable, smaller then ever. If u had a shower, u could easily make a lake also in the room. We were given a room in front of pool..too much noise from the children playing there. Breakfast could be better.

Nice place, Close to the sea, swimmingpool, the staff was Nice and friendly, but their english was not too good. Small room, but clean. The wifi connection was not very good, especially on the upper floors. Very good view. The breakfast was Big, but nothing special.

I think your opinion is positive ... nice big pool, friendly staff ... some do not speak English perfectly others, like Dan, are native English ... the beautiful view of the rooms of the Gregory Park is an exclusive of our Hotel and free wi.fi the last few we are already working plans for next year...Thanks from All the Staff More

The hotel is in a quiet location near a park and by the sea, by the marina. A bit off the crowd of Rimini.Good restaurants nearby. Free WIFI and parking nearby, just across the road.the upper floors do enjoy a very interesting view of the beach and the boats in the marina.

Stayed here during the SIGEP show.. The location is ideal, it is quiet and just walking distance from the main road where the shuttle runs. Local buses are also available within a 5 minute walking distance.. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable together with a good breakfast layout. The staff are friendly and helpful with information about the city... More

It was an overall pleasant stay. I can't say there is something that bothered us, except for the tiny room. We booked a room for 4. Unfortunately the description of the room did not met the real thing. It was little space for 4. Also, everything is a little obsolete, probably stays there from early 90's or full 80's. The...
