The hotel is in an a good position opposite the beach. It has it's own allocated beach space. the rooms are really small. if you want to swing a cat, stay away from room 308, which overlooks the balacony of the hotel opposite! Our room was clean, nicely decorated and had a balcony overlooking the Adriatic. The staff was profssional and helpful. However, the room and bath were very small! The hotel was fine for our purposes (a place to stay on our way to Venice), but the room size would be inconvienent for a longer stay.
