The service by staff was too good. They could do the best possible to keep us comfortable. Room is comfortable for two but not too big. Nice location beach and sea food restaurant are close by. A complete business hotel.Value for money.

It was a big concern about sound proof isolation in the rooms that some guest are mentioning, but we thought that it could be isolated case or over sensitivity. It wasn't, we concluded that the hotel in general has no... More

We once again stayed at this hotel and found everything up to its usual high class standard, from the rooms, breakfast and all the staff everyone goes out of their way to make your stay the best possible. Having no direct flights now from the UK means having to make a flight to Bologna or Ancona ,we used Bologna this... More

I stayed here during a business trip in Rimini. It's a standard 4 stars hotel but better from some others in the same category. If you get the sea view rooms that's great. One thing I didn't understand is, why the hell they've put hair dryers within the room next to the TV on the wall, and not inside the... More

We spent a couple of days at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed it. Since we were there in early October the beaches were empty the roads were empty the hotel was great and the Staff was more than willing to go out of the way to do anything for us. The hotel has plenty of amenities and a free breakfast... More

We spent 1 night at Hotel Diplomat in Rimini in July. While the Hotel was satisfactory and the beach was nice. Our car had its window smashed and broken into in the car park of the Hotel. When we told the people at reception we got it in writing we would be compensated from the hotel. They have been ignoring... More
