On arrival, hotel staff welcomed us as if they were awaiting family members. You could feel the cleanliness in the corridors prior to entering rooms. My wife and teen daughter and I just returned from a five night stay at the Diplomat Palace Hotel. The reviews here and the very reasonable off-season rates helped us decide.
