This is an iconic hotel in need of a face-lift. Wonderful staff with the exception of an extremely grumpy General Manager who is rarely available (either in a "meeting" or off the property). His offhand manner really spoilt our stay as he gave us the impression that our 3-night vacation was of no value to him whatsoever. more
