Disappointed due to the following facts: - Photos on the hotel's web site only show sea view rooms; these seem to be of a higher standard - The street view rooms (our room) are kind of neglected (ugly old carpets, ugly old wallpapers, ugly old curtains - The balcony door and window are not in the least soundproof - Beach... Nice hotel near the central marina area of Rimini. Great location, with sea views from the Suites ( from other reviews the normal rooms have not been upgraded so I booked the Suite ) Close to loads of good restaurants and bars. Free parking can be a problem in August when the hotel is full but the Management and staff... More

Great start. Staff at reception was helpfull, had thought about how to make the stay as comfortable as possible and had everything ready. But then the non- service started kicking in. Rooms are not cleaned very well, when there is no more eggs or other items at the breakfast buffet, on one is paying attention and getting more - basically... More

The staff was really rude and also disrespectful. Its one thing to not be able to provide a service, but disrespecting clients for asking is something else. The hotel is very old too. If you want to clear ur mind after a long week of work, dont go there. Rimini is beautiful with many hotels on the coast all next... More

Terrible staff attitude, car scratched in their car park and they did not want to know. Room very small, old and dated. Very expensive its more like a 2 star hotel. Only stayed 3 nights as could not sleep due to the old uncomfortable bed. Room was very depressing so went to a fantastic hotel nearby called The Sporting which... More

Maybe not a classic Waldorf, but close enough! It helped that we got upgraded to a suite with sea/beach views. Great sea-front location, rooftop pool with sea/city views, wide-variety breakfast included, sheets/towels changed daily, free parking on site (not their fault my car got pranged by a mystery guest!). We spent 5 nights there as the 'relax' part of a... More

Roof top pool has stunning views of the sea and the mountains. Sound proofing between the rooms could be better. Excellent choice for breakfast, but, beware, if you want a fried egg you'll be invited to pay an extra 5 euros for it! Generally, very helpful staff and a relaxing stay in a very clean and large suite.

It was a good choice for one night in Rimini. The room we got was not the newly refurbished ones you can find the pictures in Internet, but a 70's style room (we booked the cheapest option). Anyway it was clean and quite comfortable. The location is perfect: just in front of the sea and the beach and next to... More
