The staff was really rude and also disrespectful. Its one thing to not be able to provide a service, but disrespecting clients for asking is something else. The hotel is very old too. If you want to clear ur mind after a long week of work, dont go there. Rimini is beautiful with many hotels on the coast all next... More

Terrible staff attitude, car scratched in their car park and they did not want to know. Room very small, old and dated. Very expensive its more like a 2 star hotel. Only stayed 3 nights as could not sleep due to the old uncomfortable bed. Room was very depressing so went to a fantastic hotel nearby called The Sporting which... More

Maybe not a classic Waldorf, but close enough! It helped that we got upgraded to a suite with sea/beach views. Great sea-front location, rooftop pool with sea/city views, wide-variety breakfast included, sheets/towels changed daily, free parking on site (not their fault my car got pranged by a mystery guest!). We spent 5 nights there as the 'relax' part of a... More

Roof top pool has stunning views of the sea and the mountains. Sound proofing between the rooms could be better. Excellent choice for breakfast, but, beware, if you want a fried egg you'll be invited to pay an extra 5 euros for it! Generally, very helpful staff and a relaxing stay in a very clean and large suite.

It was a good choice for one night in Rimini. The room we got was not the newly refurbished ones you can find the pictures in Internet, but a 70's style room (we booked the cheapest option). Anyway it was clean and quite comfortable. The location is perfect: just in front of the sea and the beach and next to... More

I know it's out of season but then that should have reflected in the price which was really expensive as the was a large trade show in town. Room in desperate need of a revamp, you open patio door on to another room that is half painted and unfurnished, after that they is another patio door with the balcony! (Very... More

The Waldorf was our hotel spoil on a 10 day driving tour of Italy. We had booked a suite (at no inconsiderable cost) with sea view for 3 nights and i had received confirmation emails to that effect. So we arrived to find that we had been bumped to another hotel for the first night of our stay - to... More

It was a beautiful experience throughout! The hotel is centrally located, close to bus stops and tourist service centres from where you can catch the shuttles to various theme parks and shopping centres, etc. The room was clean and spacious; the service great! The staff were all very nice and helpful; the most important aspect though was the food -... More
