The staff is very nice and gives you needed informations about the town. Rooms are clean and they have very good breakfast. Everything good. The location is near the sea and the beach. Nice family hotel. :)

+ awesome breakfast, + standard isn't the highest, rooms are almost bare and bathroom looks rather old, but price is definitelly adequate, + great stuff, with perfect english, + localization, - no air conditioner (there is a fan on the ceiling, which makes quite good job, but makes a noise) I recommend this place for young couples.

I wish we could have stayed in this hotel a bit longer! To me it was a very good find considering the price. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, tidy rooms and everyting in Rimini within reach. Only 3 min of walking took you right to the main street and all the conveniences, including the bus connection. I recommend! Breakfast included.

The owners of the hotel are very friendly and eager to help. The hotel is nicely situated very close to the beach. However, at night it can be noisy because of the train tracks. After 11 pm the neighborhood is very quite.

Stayed in the budget room out near the carpark. The fan makes alot of noise, the room is completely bare. If you don't mind, the owners are friendly people who speaks english. It's near the beach, but then again most hotels are near the beach.

The owners were very kind; I spent only 42 euros for two nights with breakfast included(it was a great breakfast!) The room was simple, the bathroom very small but travelling alone you will survive!!!!

I chose this hotel because it was cheap (only €14 a night with breakfast). It is particularly convenient if you have a car since it has its own car park and there is also plenty of free parking in the street. My room was on the 4th floor. There is no lift. The 4th floor rooms appear more basic than... More
