I stayed there during Rimini Fiera in May 2013. Big room, with 2 rooms, small kitchen and bathroom. A little studio ! Very clean, nice sea view from 6th floor, polite reception.
I must say that i had also a better price, because a friendly couple stayed there with another travel agency and they offered me also the same price...
