We stayed 4 nights in this charming hotel, well situated 5-10 mins walk from the railway station and almost opposite the Basilica di St Apollinare Nuovo. It is an elegant former palace, and we had a spacious and quiet room overlooking the garden in the older part of the hotel, high ceilnged with a comfortable seating area at one end... More

I stayed with a large group at this hotel in September. The staff were very accommodating and helpful - even arranging a group dinner for us. The hotel is located close to restaurants, attractions and a grocery store (very convenient for extended stays). While we didn't get a particularly "nice" room, the room was sufficient for four people and we... More

Not the first time we go to this hotel. Previously we had book via Expedia and got super nice rooms with high painted ceiling and spacious rrom. This year we got to room 20 a small and lame room. Just like any other tasteless hotel room. Bring your shampoo and shower gel if you want more than a tiny winy... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the Pallazo Galletti. It is modern and clean and ever so convenient to the sites in Ravenna. Our rooms were fine, though all can be noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is understaffed, it use to have a lovely bar, but now the receptionist has to... More

Hotel well situated near the center of Ravenna. Private parking into the hotel. Possibility to use for free bicycles during the all stay. (Center of Ravenna in 5 minutes). We stayed into the annex of the hotel. The room was big, cold atmosphere but silent. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice and always full even if we... More

The hotel is on the edge of the downtown pedestrian zone, so easy to get to with a car (parking garage next door) or by train (the station is a few blocks away). We stayed here with our two small kids (3 and 5) and got a very spacious room with 6 beds on the other side of the street... More

We decided on this hotel because of it's central location as we had only one night in Ravenna. Location is perfect as the red bus stops just around the corner. Staff were efficient and lady at reception spoke good English. Rooms reminded me a bit of a hospital room, very plain with weird green tiles in the bathroom. For such... More

Large clean room with excellent bathroom. There is secure parking inside the hotel's courtyard and the staff were helpful with local knowledge. The breakfasts were rather better than average and made it possible to fill up for the day - especially as a no-longer-quite-so-young person who probably need less fuel than a teenager!

A lovely modernised 18th century palazzo but still retaining the atmosphere. The room was large, comfortable with good bathroom facilities. Located in the historic quarter only a few minutes from restaurants and shops. Has a small garden to the rear where you can relax with a drink. We found the prices excellent value, a pleasant surprise. The staff were very... More

I preferred to stay in the dependance, located in a different building of the hotel. It was very quiet, with nice living room, large bed room. I used it just for sleeping, but it was quiet cozy and confortable. Location is pretty close to the center and is possible get a bike for free, that is useful for visiting some... More
