I've stayed only two days but I have to say hotel offers great return for the money payed. The breakfast is quite good. There are pre packed items, but many fresh croissants, brioches and cakes. Also, the reception is helpful and not to be left out - free bicycles to roam the city. It is a bit pain in the..... More

We stayed at the residence and the apartments are big, spacious and well furnished. We were four adults with two little kids and actually regretted of booking two apartments because one would have been enough. The apartment was clean. Breakfast at the hotel was OK. Just a regular Italian style breakfast. But since we had the kitchen we could easily... More

We had a great staying at the hotel Mosaico, the position is great even if you walk from the main rail station. Friendly staff, confortable rooms and beds. Bathroom a little small, but was fine for us. Breakfast was very good for an Italian continental Breakfast. I reccommend for a short staying.

I stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights. Room was a bit little but it was I found it always clean. There's a bit of noise during night because of the main street passing near the hotel. Guys at the reception are nice. Buffet breakfast is a little poor.. The hotel is 15min far from the city center if a... More

Stayed here one night. Clean room, small bathroom but nicely decorated. Noise from trains across the street, and also quite a lot of noise from the corridor whenever someone came out of the elevator or walked past. Good breakfast. Nice staff at the reception. About a fifteen minute walk to old town Ravenna. Ok for a few nights, but nothing... More

As I said, the hotel just meets with what you expect from a regular hotel; rooms are quite small but bath is ok, no minibar or restaurant but the breakfast is nice. You can have some noise coming from the train station just opposite to the hotel, but not enough to keep you from sleeping

This spring I booked an apartment for my wife and myself for 2 nights. The internet said that breakfast and wi fi internet was included in the price. When we arrived in Ravenna by train, we just saw the hotel. It was close to the railwaystation and looked very well. When we arrived there, the receptionist said that we had... More

We were disappointed to find that the hotel was too far from the town centre for my elderly mother to be able to walk to the sights, and although beside the railway station, that walk was also at least fifteen minutes away. Our rooms were small and functional. The carpet outside in the corridor was badly stained in several places.... More

We stayed at the Teodora which is run by, and near to, the Mosaico. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen and washing machine were useful. We used the free bikes at the hotel to ride around town - a highlight of our trip. Checking in was easy and they were very helpful when you needed it.
