This is a Nice place to stay, 3 star it is. Don't expect anything fancy, what you see is what you get. Big enough rooms and a good breakfast. Close by the restaurants and near the shops. The receptionist we had spoke English very well. On Sunday late afternoon some shops are open.

Not the easiest to locate if a first-timer in Ravenna and arriving by train, but well worth a little effort. Fantastically friendly and helpful staff; rooms clean and comfortable and the hotel has a spacious communal lounge with a small library of books (mostly Italian or French). Offers an extensive selection at breakfast, including an impressive range of honey -... More

Warmly greeted with a cappuccino, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are not fancy but are very quiet and comfortable. There is an elevator. The main sights with the magnificent mosaics are all within short walking distances. The included breakfast was varied with meats, cheese, cereals, breads, fruit. The wifi was excellent. Parking was easy and close... More

As Ravenna is a very old ‘City’ and Unesco World Heritage status with large part of the old centre car-less, very clean and the local residence have adapted a nice way of getting about on bicycles!!. As we were driving from France visiting several ancient towns in the Bologna region, parking was crucial and the Hotel Diana had parking facility... More

This is a hotel situated within two old conjoined buildings in a quiet yet central location. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful as well as speaking excellent English. The hotel offers excellent value for money. This is somewhere I would definitely stay again and is within easy walking distance of the railway station and 'bus terminus as well as... More

As other travelers have indicated, our experience here was very good as well. Hotel is located within walking distance (with rolling luggage) of the central train station and near some of the historic landmarks. We found Ravenna easily walkable. The staff, especially Filippo, was personable and friendly and very eager to answer all our questions. He is full of wonderful... More

My dragon boat team raced at the CCWC in Ravenna Italy and Hotel Diana was our home away from home for 8 nights. Philippe the hotel manager made us feel like family and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They served a wonderful breakfast every day. The rooms were clean and spacious. A wonderful experience.
