A lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Doesn't do twin rooms only doubles which could be a nuisance. The breakfast was plentiful and the service levels good but discreet. It was quiet at night although only a few miny=tes walk from the centre of toen and all the main sights. Would recommend.

Great, well priced hotel with great decor and ambience. The staff were really excellent and all the restaurant recommendations were excellent. The room was huge and very well equipped. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Optimally placed in the centre of Ravenna, Santa Maria Foris is ideal for a short break in this most interesting of Italian cities. The room was well appointed and comfortable, the reception and public rooms an eclectic mix of styles and it's important to check out the Murano glass chandeliers. Breakfast can be taken outside overlooking the garden and there... More

We stayed in this superior bed and breakfast for two nights in August. Plus points: very pleasant staff, keen to please, stylish decor (black and white), very clean, quiet location close to the centre, elegant lounges on the ground and first floor. Not so plus points: building is on numerous levels (presumably a conversion of a number of buildings) and... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Ravenna which was fabulous. The hotel entrance is on an unassuming corner site but the lovely elegant lobby and its friendly staff immediately dispel any initial misgivings. The hotel itself has evolved from two buildings. Our junior suite was elegantly fitted out with simplistic black and white art deco-ish sentiment. The bed... More

This hotel is a surprise for us in Italy. The room is spacious and with concise and elegant furniture. The sitting room and library give us a feeling like home. The hotel staff is very nice and considerate. They prepared a lovely baby bed for my son. The breakfast is very good.

I booked this hotel for one night as a surprise for my husband's 30th. The hotel was easy to find, in the city centre but completely quiet inside. They upgraded us to a deluxe suite for no charge. The room was gorgeous, spacious with a comfy large bed, as well as a desk and chair, armchair and day-lounge, a large... More

I was lucky enough that the place was fully booked and I ended being upgraded to the suite. The place itself is very well located in the center of Ravenna, with shopping and eating within a 5 mins walk. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, mixing the historic with modern. It is actually an old home that was turned into this... More

The hotel is in the center of Ravenna, in a small sidestreet. It is true that the parking is about 300 m away but we did not feel disturbed by this since for the time of loading your luggage you can park the car in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice, black and... More

within walking distance of the UNESCO mosaic sites and lively shopping and dining areas. The hotel lent us bicycles and a lock to peddle around this bike friendly and flat town and it was a highlight of our trip. Public parking is quite far away and facility could use some updating.
