I stayed during winter time. I lost my train at the station and so decided to stay there for the night because its next to the train station. The room was too cold. I turned on the heat but two hours later they turned it off in the hole hotel. There were no extra blankets of something to keep you... More

The Minerva is clean, modern, comfortable--book online, get a very fair rate that includes a free bread/juice (and coffee, if you ask). I couldn't use the hotel phone system to call Germany, but the payphones at the train station next door accept credit cards for international calls. Parking is available for 3 Euros/day--car park is attended, and about a block... More

On the plus side, this is very convenient at 150 m from the gates of the railway. From the bus station in the railway courtyard, take the no 4 to Classe or the no 70 that circulates the city clockwise and get off at several points near to the major sites. Bus tickets from the station cost 1.20 euros for... More

Literally an extension of the Train station which does not attract a not a nice crowd hanging outside the hotel. The room was acceptable but the bathroom was definitely below average, various broken bits here and there and dreadfully noisey plumbing i,e pray your neighbours don't need the bathroom after 10pm!! The breakfast room is groggy and unclean star of... More

Hotel Minvera in on your right as you exit the stiona- right next door to it but quiet (we had a room which overlooked the railway track but still had two good nights sleep). Breakfast is fresh and plentiful although with an accent on sweet things. Our double room was clean, well appointed with a lovely comfortable bed. The hotel... More

Hotel Minerva is just accross the main train station but from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. its very quite so no problem sleeping. If you come with a car you can park (20 minutes) at train station, took your bagage in the hotel just beside and then go to parking 100 meters further and park all day for 3 euros.... More

Great location, especially for arrival by train or bus. Close to everything. Low price. Old structure, but clearly cared for. Great breakfast. I'd pick it again.

Coming from Rome we were pleasantly surprised to find a room in Ravenna for 60€ with free wifi so we visited it just to make sure and it was what it was, clean and quiet. Close to the train station and we only needed the room to sleep in. After dropping our bags we were minutes away from central Ravenna... More

Poor breakfast but otherwise friendly reception and average room. I had a large shower-room and double bed, great for a single traveller.

We stayed here for 2 nights after moving from the place across the road. The Minerva was cheaper (60 euros - good value!), friendlier, the room slightly larger and the breakfast a little better too. It is a stone's throw from the train station, and a 15-minute walk to the charming main piazza, so pretty convenient for us. WiFi was... More
