Located outside the town centre, the property just off the autostrada, reasonable for an overnight stopover. Our first allocated room had a strong cigarette smell, and we were moved to another room without any issues. The room was dated, but clean. Wifi was available at 5 Euro per night, and free parking at the front of the building was provided.... More

I stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip to Piacenza. It was a decent hotel for a decent pricing. Breakfast was very normal. Rooms were quite spacious - quite clean. Staff was also pretty friendly.

I had made a mistake with my booking date and arrived a day earlier than booked. The lovely people on the front desk were most helpful in changing me to that day for arriving and also called another hotel in what was to be our next stop to change that booking for us. The whole hotel is modern with lifts... More

Just wanna say I never had such a unfriendy and unpolite conduct in any hotel. The position is ok for travelers on one night but relations with guests respect to people who pay the bad rooms is disaster. Not recommendable no way

I stayed here for 4 days while on business in Piacenza and I found it to be fine for my needs. The room was as you would expect for a hotel of this type, it was clean spacious and I found it to be quiet. I didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. The breakfast was also... More

I spent one night at this hotel while being on a business trip. I see the hotel as quite old, the rooms and bathrooms need some sort of renovation for the prices offered. I could hear the noises from the next room very clearly. The room was clean and with air-conditioning, but it was too loud so I did not... More

Stayed here for a night on business. It's truly one of the most horrible hotels I've ever stayed in. The room has nothing going for it. The toilet is unbelievable--the paint was chipped on the walls..there wasn't even any toothpaste..the flush was broken.--I can go on and on! The breakfast is a joke! I put eggs on my plate but... Not a lot of choice in March in Piacenza. Hotel was fairly quiet and frankly staff didn't seem to be too bothered serving the few guest staying there. Avoid the hotel's restaurant and eat out across the road either at the Chinese or American restaurants. Hotel food is mediocre and expensive.

Stayed one night with a colleague during a recent business trip and it delivered all we required plus a little more. Helpful reception staff booked an excellent but remote restaurant for us and provided detailed directions so we got there easily. Comfortable and clean rooms with good bathrooms plus a more than adequate breakfast and efficient check in and out... More

Good hotel. Tasty breakfast. Internet was not included in the room. We wanted to stay there in our way from Florence to Milan, which served well. Clean room.
