Frankly, this hotel was grubby. A little scum on the shower I could cope with, but the door handle hanging off the door in the bathroom and dirty walls all gave the impression that the management couldn't care less. An average hotel all round. Good rooms if a little dated and small, bathrooms could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very good with great coffee! Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is not situated right in Parma and requires a bus ride of 10min to get to the train station or Parma itself. Very reasonable priced though.
