The hotel San Marco offers value for money. We had 3 nights and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The room appears to have undergone recent renovation. The staff is helpful and attentive. Apart from the coffee (Nescafé), the breakfast is OK but lacks fresh fruit which is custom in this class of hotel.

The staff was extremly helpful and kind. The rooms are specious and nicely decorated. The location is not the best, some 20 min drive from the center of Parma, but no problem if you have car. There is a free parking.

This is a good location if you need a stop on your way to airport etc and is traveling by car. Close to the Motorway but in a quiet suburb of Parma. Free parking for the car and the room was ok. It s a really good restuarant in the hotel with many local dishes and some excellent Lambrusco Wine.

The management of this hotel need replacing.... The eception staff (at 1800) spoke little english and were dismssive and surly.
