This is our third visit to the hotel. Unfortunately both the manager and previous receptionist we had dealt with were not in evidence this time. Reception staff were OK, if a little blunt. The staff where pretty rude and could not help with anything, i found the website not to be very accurate, the man at the front desk tried to get us to pay extra for parking, we had two rooms one stunk of smoke: we only stayed there for one night so that was OK would not want to stay much... more

Hotel was a little off the beaten path, but worth the stay. Room was large and comfortable. Staff efficient and helpful. Bathroom was good size and everything worked well. Location The Holiday Inn Express is just off the ring road next to a shopping mall. It was easy to spot but finding our way round the side roads to reach it was a bit of a challenge! This hotel is a clean, basic place without much character about a 10 min drive outside of the historic town center. It’s conveniently located near the highways.
