Sizable hotel with spacious room and nice bathroom. It is a little worn and could use some updating. Why I rated 4 star. Staff was professional but not terribly friendly. Breakfast was awesome (ask for fresh cappuccino). Parking garage is 8€ a night which is reasonable. Location is decent if you have a car.

Okay, let's start by saying this is not a five star hotel when measured against the great hotels of the world. However, it is a well managed, clean and fully functional hotel with virtually all the amenities you need. It is ideally situated in Parma and the staff are some of the most attentive you will encounter. Nothing is too... More

The hotel was average with loud noise from young techo-poppers at attached shopping mall and bars. However, it was convenient (10 minute walk) to the heart of downtown and the wonderful sights and tastes of Parma.

We stayed here overnight as a large group on tour but really wished that we could have stayed longer at this hotel. The service was phenomenal. The car was parked for us for very little money and the bell hops are always standing by to whisk you into your room. The hotel also has a little gym on the rooftop... More

My friends in Parma recommended this hotel and said it was the only 5 star hotel here. They live here so I am not sure if they've seen the rooms. It's not horrible at all, but I am only staying here one night. Plus my friends got me a fabulous rate (3 star prices). Otherwise, I would speak with the... More

It's well located in the small town of Parma. There is free wi-fi and that's good. However that's where the positives end. The room has an airconditioner but it didn't work - apparently because it was still too early to start the aircondintioning (I had to keep windows open). The room-service food is limited and only during lunch/ dinner hours.... More

We stayed in this hotel three nights during a recent visit to the area. Hotel was clean and accommodating. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant had great food. Walking distance to historic district but not in it. Not 5 star by US standards but no complaints.

My mother and I stayed here in October 2013 as we were doing a cooking course across at Academia Barilla across from the hotel. The hotel was very well presented and the rooms comfortable and clean. The restaurant was probably the winner of the trip with beautiful food and such amazing staff - we were very well looked after by... More

Agree with other reviews, this is a business/sports team hotel. Room are spacious and clean and reception staff keen to help. It does lack atmosphere however and we were surprsied that they offer no room service or bar food when restaurant is closed. Great postion and ideal for seeing Parma but really very high qulaity bed and breakfast for a... More

This title is perhaps a bit misleading, but that is how we felt after our stay there. We stayed for five nights. The hotel seems to cater more for business people and sports teams, as it has a pleasant spacious foyer with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a supermarket next door and several restaurants (chains?); we had some excellent... More
