It's well located in the small town of Parma. There is free wi-fi and that's good. However that's where the positives end. The room has an airconditioner but it didn't work - apparently because it was still too early to start the aircondintioning (I had to keep windows open). The room-service food is limited and only during lunch/ dinner hours.... More

We stayed in this hotel three nights during a recent visit to the area. Hotel was clean and accommodating. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant had great food. Walking distance to historic district but not in it. Not 5 star by US standards but no complaints.

My mother and I stayed here in October 2013 as we were doing a cooking course across at Academia Barilla across from the hotel. The hotel was very well presented and the rooms comfortable and clean. The restaurant was probably the winner of the trip with beautiful food and such amazing staff - we were very well looked after by... More

Agree with other reviews, this is a business/sports team hotel. Room are spacious and clean and reception staff keen to help. It does lack atmosphere however and we were surprsied that they offer no room service or bar food when restaurant is closed. Great postion and ideal for seeing Parma but really very high qulaity bed and breakfast for a... More

This title is perhaps a bit misleading, but that is how we felt after our stay there. We stayed for five nights. The hotel seems to cater more for business people and sports teams, as it has a pleasant spacious foyer with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a supermarket next door and several restaurants (chains?); we had some excellent... More

It is actually a pitty, as the hotel has a good location, and a modern lobby. But the devil lays in the details (check photos!) - corrosion in the bath, spots on the mirror, cloth hangers which have no hook (afraid of theft?)... Different prices for rooms with a king size or twin bed? Or for a shower or bath... More

Great hotel but not really 5* more of a very good 4* Breakfast questionable but in general a good hotel in an excellent location Great staff and lots of information and assistance available Next to the shopping district Not near any of the airports ,either 160euro cab from bologna or 200euro cab from milano.

Not a 5 stars hotel but a really nice one. Location fine just outside the city centre and a stone throw away from the Via Republica, Parma nicest shops, uninspiring first impression but nice functional room. The staff was very charming , helpful and very welcoming and the restaurant served delicious food quite late. Recommendation for the wine was Excellent.... More

I stayed here almost one week on a business trip. There's nothing wrong with this hotel, the location is perfect, rooms are clean and the service is good. However, if you look at the small details, you will recognize that it's not a real 5-stars-standard place. Not a problem with me at all, but for customers who are looking for... More
