This hotel was nice and clean, plenty if space in the bathroom. It does lack a bit if soul, so if you are looking for something cosy then this is not the place. The breakfast was very minimal compared to other hotels we have stated at, and there was an elderly gentlemen milling around, it felt like he was checking... More

We stayed 4 nights in Parma. We booked a nice B&B but after the first night we decided to move away due to the noise (we did not sleep during the first night). We booked then the other 3 nights at Savoy. We asked for a quiet room and we got the 302, located towards the back of the hotel.... More

More of a business hotel, but we had to comfortable nights here last spring despite the horrible weather. Breakfast was above average considering Italian standard. Room was nice and tidy. Location is good between centre and station. Recommended.

It's all white - everywhere!! And not a picture on any walls!! But it was fine. After a bit of a hiccup with the wi-fi on arrival (whole system down for an hour), it was soon up and running and worked in the room for the entire 5 days stay. Lift worked too! Room was clean! Service was excellent at... More

Clean, value for money, helpful staff, etc. However, one does not expect from a 4* hotel not to provide more pillows! They could only provide one in each room. This is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. I need 3 pillows to sleep propped up because of health problems. I had to content myself with 2! Not right!

Savoy was a good overnight stay in simple comfort at a good (promotional) rate. Keep an eye on different booking sites to get a good deal. Well situated near the lod city and most attractions too. Parma is a nice low-key place to investigate with out hordes of tourists. Old city is actually for the locals! Shopping is good too.... More

In spite of having booked a "larger" modern room, what we got was an Ibis-sized accommodation that lacked not only WiFi but also the two promised English-language television channels. (CNN was snowy with no sound whatsoever and BBC was blocked.) The breakfast buffet, while adequate, was very limited: It included coffee and an orange drink, but cappuccino was only available... Wifi connection is very very poor at the room, I had to go to lobby for using it. The room was clean. The location is satisfactory. Its a small sincere hotel for short stays. The receptionist was helpful and parking is available next to hotel.

My G/F and I stayed here for one night as an overnight spot before going on a food tour in the morning. The hotel was in a good location, close to the main road if you are driving. Walking distance to restaurants. We stayed in one of the "comfort" rooms, although it felt small anyway. Modern but very minimalist design...too... More

I stayed in room 305 for 4 nights 30/12/12 to 3/1/13 at EUR80/night single incl breakfast booked on Booking.com. Nicely renovated, modern hotel - minimalist style with lots of tiles and white furniture. Slippers provided for winter on tiles (good idea). I was never cold and heating worked extremely well. The room design works well. Lots of space on the... More
