Everything is this hotel is ok. The hotel isc ertainly not brandnew or on the most modern level, but in constant improvement. The staff tries to make you feel at home and helps you whenever necessary. The rooms are excellent.breakfast o.k. One point of attention is the sound between levels (floor/ceiling), though never really annoying. A very good place to... More

Great location right in the historic area, close to all the sights, shops, restaurants. Staff are excellent and really go out of their way to help. Have no problem recommending this hotel and do not know why it is not rated higher.

I regularly book room in this Hotel. The location of the Hotel is perfect (1 min. from the Teatro, 2 min. from the main square, etc.). The Hotel is relatively small, very nice, familiar staff, no street noise in the room!!! Preis is reasonable.

You cannot get a better location in Parma. Right in the historic centre and pedestrian zone (was bit difficult to find by car because we did not realize we were allowed to drive in the pedestrian zone to reach the hotel) with private parking available. Once you parked your car, you could reach everything on foot. We had a large... More

I'm not sure why this hotel isn't rated much higher. I haven't many hotels that have been cleaner or well maintained, it was truly spotless. Friendly and efficient service at a good price point. We stayed in a triple and it was a good size with everything you would expect. The location is also first class, walk out of the... More

Arriving easily at the front door through use of the directions given us, we were met by a friendly English-speaking host who quickly checked us in, helped with the luggage and got our car safely tucked away in the parking area. We were thrilled with our large, comfortable room and even more so with its terrace, from which we viewed... More

I stayed one night at the Hotel Torino in Parma, and it was perfect. My room was clean and had everything I needed. It's located on a narrow street that has several interesting shops, including a wonderful place with cured prosciutto and more. From the hotel it's easy walking to the center of town. I will definitely stay here again.

I found the staff unfriendly during check in and while I was staying. The wifi didn't work and when I told them an important email hadn't gone and I had to leave the premises each time I wanted access to the internet, it was met with a shrug of the shoulders. An extremely noisy room, if you do book a... More

Very pleasant centrally-situated hotel ideal for visiting Parma's sights and with lots of excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with all the essentials. Excellent breakfast served in an attractive breakfast room. All in all, very good value and a most enjoyable stay.

Well located hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are sparsely furnished but very clean. Breakfast is adequate although it could use more variety. Ask for a room away from the street if you're a light sleeper. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Torino and would stay there again.
