I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is great--right in the center of the historic area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel has parking, which is convenient. Our room, however, was nothing special--just OK. It was very clean, but the furnishings and especially the bathroom need renovation. The shower was unlike any other I've seen: very... more

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location in the middle of the shopping district. 10min walk from train station (without luggage, 15 to 20 mins walk with luggage). Nice reception and breakfast area. Breakfast was a simple continental affair with pastries, toast, yoghurt, small selection of cereals and an even smaller selection of... more

We stayed here for an 3 nights -- and our anniversary. We were a bit disappointed when we first arrived, as the lobby seems a bit worn. It's a small hotel that is quite comfortable and perfectly located-- but nothing special. Older Holiday Inn quality. The staff was always very helpful. Any time we had questions or needs, they were... more

This is a very well situated hotel. It is centrally located and you can walk to all the museums etc. It has a lovely inner courtyard where we picnicked. The room was small but worked just fine for two people. The breakfast offerings were weak. more

While on a recent trip to Parma, there was a mix up on my hotel reservations so made friends found an alternate, Hotel Torino, which turned out to be delightful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very cordial and accomodating. The location was perfect for me, right in the middle of town, across from the Teatro... more

We recently stayed at the Hotel Torino and really enjoyed it! the hotel is situated in a wonderful location, easy to navigate to any point in the city. We stayed on the fourth floor with the corner terrace. The bed was big, but firm like most beds that we have slept on in Italy. There was another sleeper sofa around... more

My husband and I stayed one night at hotel Torino in Parma. The location is very good, although difficult to reach by car. The air conditioning did not work and breakfast was adequate - great espresso though! The difference was made 100% by the staff. They helped us to find the hotel over the phone, gave us a great dinner... more

If you want to be in the middle of it all, Hotel Torino is the place – just steps from Teatro Regio, Palazzo della Pilotta, the Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi, on a quiet side street. But the rooms are tiny and the décor is worn and shabby, much closer to a 2-star hotel than a 3-star. The rooms have no... more

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at Hotel Torino and were very satisfied with our experience there. The hotel is centrally located (a block away from Teatro Regio) and the room, what the hotel calls a "large double" was very spacious with a corner terrace on the top floor (for 115 euro/night). The staff was pleasant and courteous and... more
