The Hotel was centrally located, one could walk anywhere. People were very helpful and friendly especially Max. I was thrilled to hear the story of Hotel Button. He was very helpful in suggesting areas to see and places to dine. The Hotel was clean and room was fine. The room is a little outdated but then again that is what... More

Hotel Button is just a block off Garibaldi Square and walking distance to all of historic Parma. Comfortable, although bed was just okay and do not expect AC before July. Recommend you skip the two large restaurants on the square and search out smaller ones on the side streets.

This hotel is the perfect location for a visit to Parma. Directly in the historical centre and you can walk to all of the best cafes and bars within minutes. The rooms are simple - and give an excellent illustration of Italian fashion sense circa 1980. It would be wonderful if only they made a refurbishment. My room was comfortable... More

We stayed in this family-run hotel for three nights. We were very happy with the location, as the hotel is in the very centre of the city, no better location is needed. Our room was on the third floor, very spacious. We were satisfied with the staff as well, they very helpful and kind. Actually there were two things we... More

We stayed one week at Hotel Button in the center of the old, beautiful and interesting city of Parma. Hotel Button has a perfect location for visiting museums, restaurants and fabulous shops. The friendly family-driven hotel offers you free cofee while giving you tips about restaurants with a cozy atmosphere and really good food for a reasonably price. Buttons rooms... More

We stayed here with our tour group, Experienceplus. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly and the location can't be beat. Within easy walking distance, (couple blocks) of some of Parma's best sights. I can't really comment on the value of the room as it was included in the tour. I am not sure who one of the previous reviewers said... More

The Hotel Button is in a great location bang in the centre of Parma up a side street. It looks to have had an ill advised 'facelift' sometime in the last 30 years resulting in rather frumpy rooms with fluorescent lights and dated public spaces. Having said that it is unpretentious and functional - a reasonable base for one or... More

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking around Parma. The room and bathroom were a decent size and the continental breakfast selection was good. Too many little problems to be able to recommend it though: Room keys in full view with no I.D. needed (So unsafe), Very rude evening desk clerk who literally sighed in annoyance at us... More

Parma is a lovely city, and we had a nice stay at Hotel Button. The staff was very professional, the room was clean, and it is centrally located. We enjoyed the large Wednesday market, which typical of other Italian general markets was busy, slightly chaotic, and had great bargains. Breakfast was very nice, but I suggest making reservations if you... More

We had six wonderful days in Parma Italy, thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful city and all it had to offer, such a relaxed atmosphere and feel about it and its people. The restaurants and cafe,s especially their fantastic deli,s were a highlight of Itailian experience so far. The wonderful staff at the hotel who were always ready to help and smiling... More
