The location of the Button Hotel could not have been better, just off the main piazza Garibaldi, close to all of the good restaurants and shopping. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which was an option to the local bus service, but being as we did not know how to find the hotel, this seemed our... more

We were very excited to stay at the Hotel Button. When we arrived the staff was very nice. We went to our room and it was very depressing. It had horriable wallpaper on the wall, one small window and felt like a hospital, and it smelled bad. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but quickly decided that one... more

The button Hotel is located dead center of Parma. The hotel rooms are very large and clean. Not the easiest place to book , but well worth the effort. After 5 weeks all over Italy this hotel for 4 nights was a breathe of fresh air. Worth every dollar or Euro it costs. Not fancy but just a quality hotel.... more

This was probably the best value hotel we stayed in in Italy. Very central, but on a quiet street, a hotel with all the amenities, large room and bathroom, very pleasant front desk staff. Would have loved to stay here an extra night. more

Hotel is very central but also hidden away so we spent a long time trying to find it. The room was big, not amazingly high standard, but fine. Parma is small so easy to get around the town centre from the hotel. more

Spend 2 nigths in February. Very large triple room. Impeccable room and bathroom, absolutly spotless. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Very good value at 115 euros a night for 3 persons including breakfast. Nice, central location. Parma is a small city and it's easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Some parking spot behind the hotel, ask at the front desk... more

I've stayed here many times. I love this place. It's just a really charming little hotel with spacious rooms and great staff at ground zero Parma. If you plan to check out Parma and see the sights, museums, and get to know the people, this is the place to stay. The staff does not give you the ultra smiles and... more

thump, thump, thump of the music and people talking is what we heard all night til about 2am from the pub around the corner. The rooms were nice, but was disappointed with the noise. Luckily we were so tired that a couple nights we managed to sleep through the noise. Beware of the scolding that you will receive if you... more

Just back from two nights at the Button. Being from Manhattan, we have a high tolerance for noise, but this place was terribly loud. We stayed in Room 114, which has a nice little balcony. Unfortunately, it is doors away from an incredibly loud bar. The streets are old and narrow so the noise bounced right into our room all... more

Hotel Button was described as a "3 star" hotel and we had to book a room through a local agency; both of which made us a bit nervous about what we'd find when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised...the Button is a very nice hotel; friendly staff, clean, great location, and basic but comfortable rooms. The bang for your buck... more
